Best cinnamon rolls baked freshly.. yes line takes forever but it’s worth it.. keep it up and hope to see a storefront soon!
Hello Cafe is such a fun spot! They operate out of a cool little food truck parked in a lot, and while there’s usually a long line, it is 100% worth the wait.
They have an amazing variety of cinnamon rolls with so many unique flavors to choose from. On my visit, I paired a roll with one of their specialty coffee drinks topped with Choco Puffs cereal, and it was super delicious—such a creative and satisfying treat!

The cinnamon rolls are a bit overbaked, but still very soft. Classic cinnamon roll was lacking flavor and priced at $7.15. The specialty roll flavors were really nice ($8.15)...I got both the pumpkin and the banana pudding flavors. They were a big punch of flavor - although please note these are topping flavors; the base cinnamon roll is the same.
The glaze was also light in quantity and I would have preferred mine covered a bit more.
