Auntie Anne's is a popular destination for pretzels and other treats. While the food is generally good, there have been some inconsistencies in the quality of the products. Some reviewers have experienced delays and mistakes with their orders, including receiving stale or cold products. However, when the food is fresh, it is delicious and flavorful. The pretzels, especially the soft and warm ones, and cinnamon rolls are a highlight of the menu. The freshly made caramel and sesame cheese are a bonus. One customer shared a positive experience with the service, noting the staff's friendliness when helping with app issues. Overall, Auntie Anne's has potential, but it's essential to be mindful of the freshness and quality of the products to ensure a satisfying experience. Recently, the location also successfully accommodated a large order for a wedding, demonstrating their ability to handle busy times effectively.
