Now, the pretzels and food here is really good, no denying that. However, I came here for a cinnamon roll, and it was cold and you can tell it wasn't fresh. I'm pretty sure this place is more focused on their pretzels rather than the Cinnabon, and I'm all for not wasting food (meaning I don't think the batches should get thrown away frequently). An employee of this location told me that the Mainplace location in Santa Ana is gone forever; I grew up with that stand. I love it and miss it, but hey this new location is better than I remembered. The original pretzel and lemonade duo are simply irresistible.

I'm having mixed feelings a bit this location. On Sunday, 2/5/2023, I placed a mobile order for a 5:30pm pick up. I ordered 2 snack packs which comes with 2 large nuggets, 2 pretzels, and 4 dips. It was a total of 3 large original nuggets, 1 large cinnamon sugar nuggets, 3 almond pretzels, 1 sour cream and onion pretzels, and 8 dips. Everything was hot and fresh.
