some of the worst customer experience ive ever had in my entire life, lemonade tasting like straight tap water, order was incorrect, food is cold, employees dont want to provide a receipt, employees want to ARGUE about your order. management is lazy and doesnt do anything about it. employees MEAN MUG anyone walking up. this is ALLLLL at the kenwood mall in cincinnati ohio btw✌🏻✌🏻
Refused to honor app promotion on 02/03/26.
I ordered a sweet almond pretzel with no butter and the staff was very rude. They asked was I filming them and I said no. I then asked is there a problem what is the issue. The female employee said no. While you are staring at me how about you go do your job. So we stared at each other. I should have gotten my money back and left.Then they didn't tell me I had to wait 7-8 minutes for my pretzel which was fine but then a staff member tried to tell me to sit down and wait.
