Carl's Jr. provides great service to its customers. The staff greet them with a welcoming smile and bring their orders fast and hot. The dining room is kept cleaned and stocked. The team players are ready to serve customers what they want and need to eat. The food is very delicious and fresh, with burgers that taste like they were made right off the grill. The cashier is very nice and polite. The dine area is pretty big and well maintained. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service, which is often considered to be getting worse at fast food joints. The staff is kind and helpful, making customers want to come back and eat again. However, it's noted that they do not accept the EBT RMP program HOT FOODS PROGRAM. Overall, Carl's Jr. is a great place to eat, with great service and delicious food.
