“I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“

“This place is located inside the outlet mall in Orange so there's a lot of foot traffic. There was a short line but it moved quickly.

Not sure about all these reviews of bad customer service but we had a very nice girl help us at the counter on our visit. Just a salted and buttered pretzel and a cinnamon pretzel for us but she did ask if we needed sauces or anything else.“

“You NEED to fix the door. Upon entering I actually got a huge hit on my ankle because the door swung closed SO FAST. It broke skin and left me with lasting pain and a slight limp. You need to replace the damper on the door!! This is critical safety protocol for a door.“

“After my massage, I was craving pretzels, so I decided to stop by Wetzel’s Pretzels. Luckily, there were no lines when I got there! The pretzels were so fresh and delicious warm, buttery, and perfectly salted. I devoured mine in seconds; honestly, it was the best pretzel I’ve ever had.
I ended up going back for seconds, and a guy named Sal (I believe that was his name) was so nice and hooked me up with another batch of fresh pretzels. His customer service was amazing super friendly and attentive.

“Fresh a d fun snacks. Our kids really enjoyed this fun “sip and snack” product. We got a small lemonade ($6) and the pretzels with cheese dipping sauce (almost $10). Its a little insultingly expensive at almost $16 for what it is, but for a special treat it’s worth the novelty and smiles it brings.

Vegetarian options: Its pretzels dipped in butter. So, if you’re down with butter, this place is for you!“

“The pretzels are sooo good when they are fresh. The dips are good. The customer service is great! The lemonade taste good. I got the mini cinnamon bites with the sweet glaze. So good! I also got the pretzel dogs. They were a little old but still not too bad. I also got the mini salted pretzel bites with the cheese dip and they were fresh out the oven. It was like heaven in every bite ????My son and I ate everything except the salted minis. There were way too many. They give you a huge portion!“
