Wetzel pretzels are good pretzels end of story but the people serving them make the store what it is, when the cashiers come out from the back staring us down like we did something wrong showing up.
Need to focus on better customer service, times are tough enough, there are other places to go.

I enjoyed Wetzel’s Pretzels. It was strange that they didn’t have a big menu board in the restaurant. They had tiny menus in front of the cash registers. A big menu would make it easier to decide on what I want before I get to the register. I got the cheesy dog.
