If you want to pay $47 for 3 pretzels, 1 lemonade and 1 water, than this is your place. Outrageous!!!!! Short Staffed and long line as well. I emailed their "Customer service" and no response.

Who doesn’t love pretzels and we always stop at this Disney location. The staff is super friendly and they take your order and get you out as quickly as they can. This time the pretzels were super oily and you needed several napkins. The cheese sauce is also salty and a bit too thick for my liking. Also the lemonade has an after taste and is not freshly squeezed. These pretzel bites are gonna cost you a little over $11 ?

My family and I love coming to Disney and what more than just grab a quick snack from wetzles in downtown disney it's always a different experience for us when it comes to this location the employees seem really agitative every time we come in. There mostly just talking and just feels as if we're not welcome in. My order was wrong I told them that I wanted the cinnamon little pieces but they gave me a whole pretzel if it was for me I would've just ate it but it was for my three little boys and I ordered the little cinnamon bits for a reason so my boys could share. I kindly told the cashier and said I wanted the cinnamon bits the she goes to say " I repeated your order to you and you said yes that it was correct" the cashier did not resolve my problem I just took what I ordered and walked out,I could get her name the ink on the name tag was fading away, for being at Disney that attitude was just wrong and horrible. People come here to have a good time and especially if i the guest was being kind to the employee and being respectful about the situation I feel like the Same respect should've been reciprocated. Especially working on Disney property the management team should keep there employees on check and making sure they are giving the disney attitude as if they were actually working inside the disney parks. It looks like management should do better on retraining their employees on customer service.

When I arrived at the place, they attended to me formally and it didn't take long to give me the order; The new frozen horchata flavor is quite new. Would go again.

I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, However my experience at this wetzel's Pretzels was horrid. Specifically the workers behavior, They seemed very annoyed with us because we accidentally spilled a lemonade, I had to direct customers around the spill as some of the employees chatted in the kitchen. The spill was left unattended for about 5-10 minutes. We told the employees of the spill to which they did not acknowledge us. We had ordered cheese and ordered glazed bitz however they must've misunderstood us which is an honest mistake but when we went to let them know they seemed very upset, but did resolve it

Service was good but dang it was a freaking rip off. $7 for a drink and $7 for their plain nuggets plus taxes and tip. I should have gone to a foodcourt close by. That kiosk/business is a joke.

This is the only Wetzels Pretzels that I love coming to. I'm from the OC area and all the mall locations nearby are okay... but this one has something special about it. The staff are always friendly and they're always busy so that means the pretzels are always super fresh. My wife and l love that they have so many frozen drinks to choose from. Can't beat that in this summer heat. Surprisingly there's not that many grab n' go refreshments offered in the Downtown Disney area (other than bottled drinks) so we love to stop by and grab a drink before heading to the parks.Our most recent visit was 2 weeks ago, and they were very welcoming. We've been Magic Key holders for years now and this is always our go-to when looking for an affordable snack. If you like the pretzels extra fresh, be sure to ask! They don't mind and it does not take long.
