The pretzels are sooo good when they are fresh. The dips are good. The customer service is great! The lemonade taste good. I got the mini cinnamon bites with the sweet glaze. So good! I also got the pretzel dogs. They were a little old but still not too bad. I also got the mini salted pretzel bites with the cheese dip and they were fresh out the oven. i think she was a manager but i asked about my employee mall discount and she didn't give me the discount said "next time it takes to long to undo everything" when i've never had that issue with their employees they always give me the mall discount. maybe it was because i wasn't wearing my lanyard but still before ive never had that issue. she asked where i work and i told her. i would never lie about working at a mall for a discount it just felt very rude of her for no reason....read full review

This particular Wetzel's Pretzel can be hit or miss, but my experience has been more hits than misses. Wetzel's Pretzel's quality depends on how busy they are. If they are, you might wait in line, but the food it relatively fresh. If it's slow, you could get a pretzel that's been sitting there a couple hours.
