Gala Bakery PLT

I think I only come here for their pate chauds; have tried pork and chicken pate chauds. My favorite is their chicken ones. The crispy skin is just perfect portion and the meat filling are just right compare to other places where the meat portion is the same size as Gala's while their outside is 3x in size (price is 2 1/2 due to its size). This is a grab-and-go type of place with some baked goods and coffee. Service is nothing special but standard in the Little Saigon central area (which people who aren't used to it may call "rude service"). It's a true family-run business, as I usually see the same few faces of relatives cycling at the front counter. I've had gala bakery before and the coffee and pate chaud (esp the pork) is absolutely amazing!!! Whenever I'm in the area I always try to make a stop here, but it's always either closed or I don't have cash on me this time I finally made it before 3PM but only had my emergency car cash on me so I only had $6 on hand and had to make this trip worth it.
