“This place is awesome!!! They made my wedding cake and dessert bar 5/26/19. Everyone loved it I got so many compliments on the quality of the cake. The desserts where also a huge hit. As soon as the dessert bar open at 9 it was almost cleared out. We didn't put everything out at once and had to restock it in 7 mins. My daughter even said she didn't get a chance to have anything but a cake pop because it all went fast. Back to the wedding cake, they did such an amazing job recreating the cake we wanted. It was exactly how we pictured it. And was so fresh and moist. My husband loved it and he is not a cake eater hes super picky. Also the fact they are family operated made gives them that intimate connection to there customers that gets lost in most places. This is our new specialty cake spot for sure. “Stopped by Cold Stone Creamery to try their Lemon Cake Batter ice cream - Was sick with the flu for almost 3 weeks and I missed my birthday - So as a treat for myself I the Lemon Cake Batter ice cream mixed with Strawberries as a shake - It's exactly what I was hoping for - A lil tangy and a lil sweet from strawberries - made it the perfect shake - And of course topped with some whipped cream - I highly recommend this flavor - It's only available for a limited time... 😋🫶🏻“

“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

I always get our specialty, custom cakes from here and all of my guests and friends look forward to it. They are my favorite bakery in OC, but I bring their creations with me across the country. “such friendly employees. while visiting disneyland, we stayed at a nearby hotel for two nights and came across this cold stone on 16 july.

the young lady and the young man working that day were both so welcoming and kind. they made us feel genuinely welcome, and their oreo shake was our favorite. we’ll definitely stop by again if we ever come back to visit that area.“

“On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“

“Dioni and Sue are literally the best! I walked in late just having a craving for cold stone. I was greeted with such awesome energy it made me feel good and made me feel like it was ok for me to have this late craving lol. I always pick out 2 or 3 toppings for my ice cream and have the worker surprise me by picking 1 just to give my taste buds something different. I have yet to be disappointed. My husband and I honestly never finish our ice creams but we sure did today. You can tell it was made with love. Thank you so much girls for being awesome 😊“

“I pre-ordered a cake online for a birthday, and when we arrived for pickup, the staff let us know it would just be a few extra minutes to finish. We didn’t mind at all and enjoyed browsing the displays while we waited. We chose the strawberry cream cake with cream cheese frosting, and it was so delicious.
