I found this fabulous bakery and selected them, as I loved their story l, plus they have a 5 star rating. They were so amazing to work with and did exactly what they promised. They followed up quickly and even had it delivered to the hotel along with information and pictures on who they left it with for her birthday. My son requested for the “ Stinky and Dirty Show” bday cake which i looked up everywhere I couldn’t find much ideas. Just asked Bani and told her which cake he liked and we got this awesome cake. All my boys love every single details and tasting of the cake (mixed berries with raspberries mousses filling = perfect pairing). “This place is awesome!!! They made my wedding cake and dessert bar 5/26/19. Everyone loved it I got so many compliments on the quality of the cake. The desserts where also a huge hit. As soon as the dessert bar open at 9 it was almost cleared out. We didn't put everything out at once and had to restock it in 7 mins. My daughter even said she didn't get a chance to have anything but a cake pop because it all went fast. Back to the wedding cake, they did such an amazing job recreating the cake we wanted. It was exactly how we pictured it. And was so fresh and moist. My husband loved it and he is not a cake eater hes super picky. Also the fact they are family operated made gives them that intimate connection to there customers that gets lost in most places. This is our new specialty cake spot for sure. “Stopped by Cold Stone Creamery to try their Lemon Cake Batter ice cream - Was sick with the flu for almost 3 weeks and I missed my birthday - So as a treat for myself I the Lemon Cake Batter ice cream mixed with Strawberries as a shake - It's exactly what I was hoping for - A lil tangy and a lil sweet from strawberries - made it the perfect shake - And of course topped with some whipped cream - I highly recommend this flavor - It's only available for a limited time... 😋🫶🏻“

“Haven’t had Cold Stone in a while. Got the Strawberry Blonde in the largest size (about 12oz) and was surprised it’s now $12.79, almost the price of a lunch! (I usually stick to grocery-store Häagen-Dazs when it’s on sale.)

The Strawberry Blonde is super rich and delicious, more than enough to satisfy my ice cream cravings. The largest size is definitely big enough to share between 2–3 people, and for an occasional treat, it’s actually pretty great.”

“Calico Cake Shop did such an awesome job on my birthday cake! I gave them a picture from Pinterest for reference of what I wanted my cake to look like. It was so beautiful I didn't want to cut it. The cake itself was a moist chocolate cake with a rich chocolate frosting filling as I requested. I'm so pleased with how the cake turned out, and for a reasonable price. I will definitely order party cakes from them again.“

“I usually enjoy coming to Cold Stone, but my recent experience was disappointing. The manager Sue seemed distracted while wearing AirPods on both ears and was rude during our interaction. Customer service makes a big difference, and I hope this location can improve communication and professionalism. She doesn’t greet customer or smiles. She had a face like she hates to work there I don’t understand how someone like that could be a manager.

My 6 year old boy dropped his ice cream by accident was crying we and asked to if they could replace the scoop out of courtesy sue the manager said no with an attitude and said you could call corporate if you want.

She shows no empathy and horrible customer service.

After my initial review, the owner personally reached out to apologize for my experience and took the time to listen to my concerns. They also mailed my family buy-one-get-one-free coupons as a gesture of goodwill, which I greatly appreciated.

While my original experience with customer service was disappointing, I want to recognize the owner's professionalism and commitment to making things right.

“This place was great for me because I walked in when it wasn't busy and I was curious about s'mores type of flavor and with Angie's recommendations, it turned out really good. I totally recommend it with sweet cream ice cream, marshmallows, Jet Puff marshmallow cream, fudge, and pie crust. Angie was very nice and pretty fast, too.“

“On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“

“I pre-ordered a cake online for a birthday, and when we arrived for pickup, the staff let us know it would just be a few extra minutes to finish. We didn’t mind at all and enjoyed browsing the displays while we waited. We chose the strawberry cream cake with cream cheese frosting, and it was so delicious.
