Stopped by Cold Stone Creamery in Huntington Beach today and had a great experience. Nikki took care of me, super friendly and chill. “On Saturday 04/23/22 I bought a small cake, the person who attend me was name jazmin. She mention told me that the cake was tres leches, but when we cut the cake it’s flavor was chocolate. I didn’t think much and decided to keep it. But today 04/26/22 I bought another cake, again jazmin told me that the cake was chocolate bread flavor with mocha. When I cut the cake it’s flavor was vanilla cake with mocha. This time I did call the bakery and explain what happen, they told me to go back and they would give a chocolate cake. Upon my arrival to the bakery, jazmin was rude and didn’t want to give me a cake but instead give me the refund for the cake. On both occasions, she was rude and seemed like she was on a hurry. Would answer questions in regards the cakes with attitude and rudeness. I have been a faithful costumer for years to this bakery, and love the pastries and cakes. But this new person, needs to get better training or be replace.“

“The best Cold Stone location that I have been to! The staff is so patient and willing to accommodate to my gluten-free allergy. The girl, Martha, went above and beyond by making my ice cream in the back to prevent contaminants. 10/10 would go back again!“

“I tried this place traveling from Vegas for a wedding, and I would literally come back just for this shop. I highly recommend their roll slices, and their donut filled with custard. I went in and got some pastries, tasted one in the car, and literally WENT BACK inside to order more for the hotel room because it was genuinely the best pastries I’ve had. What I really like about this place is they don’t use any preservatives, and everything was super fresh and was natural. For example, the pistachio deserts didn’t have that artificial green food coloring look or flavor. Everything is baked fresh every day, and it’s the perfect balance of sweetness. It’s sweet but not REALLY SWEET, Just perfect and light. Everything I tried was also extremely soft and pillowy. I will definitely miss this place when I travel back to Vegas, and will make this a must stop every time I come to Cali.

Edit: I forgot to add that the prices are extremely affordable compared to places like popular 85 degrees, for better quality!“

“I came in last night. The experience was fun! There was a young high school girl with redish hair and she was so friendly and kept the vibe going. Everyone in line seemed to love her service and she kept it going with every customer she got. The ice cream was soo good and not melted right away this time. I would recommend this place.“
