In the tiny stripall.. next to the alley.. pass it, there's this small mom and pops shop.. that serves fresh banh khot.. excellent.. menu is small and intentional

Banh Khot Lady is a small, intentional mom and pops shop serving fresh banh khot. Located in a tiny strip mall next to an alley, it's considered an authentic hole-in-the-wall spot. The banh khot are made fresh to order, described as perfectly crispy on the outside with a soft, airy center, topped with shrimp and green onions. These are best enjoyed with fresh herbs and their special nước mắm. The restaurant also offers very good egg rolls and Vietnamese coffee. People find the food outstanding and the drinks great. The staff are hospitable and kind, making diners feel at home. It's a must-try spot, though they sell out quickly, so ordering ahead is recommended.
