The staff member who processed our order was exceptionally courteous and attentive; her professional and efficient demeanor was highly appreciated. While the beverage preparation is prompt, the quality lacks depth, though this remains a minor concern.
I really don't like when they tell me I have to purchase something when I ask to use the restroom and I just purchased something. Its very rude.
