It's a small restaurant tucked behind Popeye's fried chicken adjacent to Auntie Anne's pretzel and Jamba Juice. They have a limited menu that specializes in chicken rice. For my first try I kept it simple with Hainan chicken rice to go order. There is regular and a larger size portions. The perfectly sliced boneless chicken sits on top of ginger chicken broth flavored rice comes with minced cucumber slices, and three sauces sambal, soy sauce, and ginger sauce. There is also a small side of chicken broth. The chicken tastes clean, no MSG detected. Next time I'll be back to try the fried chicken. My spice tolerance is on the higher side and hot wasn't spicy enough, so you can be a little adventurous here! Chicken and fries were cooked well and portions are good for what you pay. I wish the chicken was a bit crispier though, hence the 4 stars. Yoon fries were good and filling, basically fries with a chopped up tender with coleslaw and drenched in ranch. I generally love ranch but it was a bit much even for me, and it made the chicken a little soggy. I got some of their special sauce on the side and it's pretty good!“

I chose three but I believe they allow you to choose up to 5 flavors. It took about 15 minutes and the order was ready. Soy garlic and KFC are typical flavors that I normally see and have tried and they're pretty good here. I've never tried snow cheese and it didn't disappoint.
