“This was our first time here. We got take out. The food was so good. The chicken has the perfect crunch. You can tell it's made when ordered and not just sitting there. We got 2 order of the combo wings. The combo comes with 1 medium size pizza, 12 wings, and 1 liter soda of choice.

You’re able to choose 2 sauces for the wings and we got mango habanero, lemon pepper, honey garlic, and something else. For the pizza, we got bulgogi and Hawaiian.

On top of that I ordered the dumpling and rice cake soup which was pretty good. However, there were only like 6 dumplings and lots of rice cake that couldn’t be finished. Towards the end of the soup, it started getting a bit saltier as well.

The price you pay for the amount of food you get is decent. Flavors are good as well. I think the only complaint is that they drench their chicken in sauce which isn’t my preference when eating Korean fried chicken.“

“I live about 30 minutes away but whenever I get the chance I stop by and have their tacos de chicharron de pollo. They're my favorite tacos ever, tortillas seem hand made and extra thick. The chicken chicharron is crunchy and delicious and the red or green salsa make it much more enjoyable. Staff is always checking in on me and they're very welcoming“

I used to help out a dear friend during the holidays at Things Remembered; right next door to where it first came into the Cerritos Mall and I ti this day still love Chick-fil-A. This Franchise is a great part of the Chick-fil-A family!

“For Mothers Day We ordered the Jumbo Meal 3 Chickens and All 3 xl sides Potato Salad because we had rice and beans at the house. It was amazing as always still hot after a 20 minute drive. My in-laws picked it up and drove it down to South County for a visit. It fed 9 people and we got seconds. The Potato salad here is the best! I could eat it every other day. Such an amazing texture. I have gone to other chicken spots and they are good but Juan Pollo is the best.“

“Nice lunch/takeout spot in the area. It is one of the reliable go-to place in the area.

Hainan chicken is nice and definitely lighter meals to go for. Fried is solid but better chances when the owner makes them himself. The price point is very approachable and nice. However, I find this place inconsistent with portion and service time-to-time.

I know big chains can be reliable but we need more restaurants like this that could provide you something different and wider options. I hope this place does well.“

“This chicken is delicious! I lived in Long Beach for over 12 years and on the day I was moving out of Long Beach we went and got some. I wish I had found this place sooner!!! I would have been there every weekend! My family tried it and they loved it as well! I hadn't been there in years, and this weekend, we picked some up since we were heading to San pedro.

“I ate here around 7:30pm on a Wednesday and the service was good. There was a decent amount of people eating but no wait so that was nice. I ordered the original chicken wings and they came out relatively quick. The wings tasted so crispy and good. It wasn’t greasy at all.“

I have not tried any other Pelicana locations, and I have no particular comment for their regular fried chicken, but the spicy original seasoned chicken at this particular Artesia location is VERY good with generous sauce on the bottom of the box to dip in any portions that you want more of it on. My hubby says it tastes just like what he used to have back in the days (tho he is more of a Kyo chon consumer in Korea, but here in the States this is his favorite). So I would say (for those who like ‘em of course) just get the original spicy seasoned chicken and you won’t fail. “After a fun, family day at the park, we headed over to Knott’s Chicken Dinner. There were 7 of us. Our daughter in law gave us a heads up that the portions are big and sharing is a great way to go. The menu has a wide variety of chicken choices. My wife and I got the roasted chicken. It was AMAZING! The rest of the group got chicken fried steak and fried steak. All DEE-LISH! Dessert is included and we had boysenberry pie and boysenberry ice cream! Beyond good!! But aside from the food, the real highlight of our meal experience was our wonderful waitress Belinda.! She was the best. Friendly and attentive and worked hard to keep our group happy. She went above and beyond with us when we inquired as to whether we could get some of that boysenberry ice cream to go. She went back and chatted with her manager and was able to find a solution for us. We were able to leave the restaurant with about a pint of that delicious ice cream. It was a great family, dining experience and again, Belinda just made it that much more special! Hopefully when you go to eat there, she is your waitress.“

“Their food is divine! Their Dave's sauce is so delicious!! The seasoning on their fries, chefs kiss! The combination of the flavors are pure ecstasy in the mouth. I love that the original/no spice still has a lot of flavor.

This location is a bit small compared to other locations. The workers seemed to be a bit overwhelmed by the many orders coming in.

But I would 1000% recommend this place. Actually I should thank their Fallout promotion. I tried it for the first time in my life because I wanted a stimpak and I immediately fell in love.
