“Amazing fried chicken“

“Very nice spot to get some food in this plaza that is accessible from the first floor. We immediately got seated inside and they also have outdoor seating as well. Pretty good menu for this type of fried chicken. We ended getting chicken wings in both their signature sauce and the hot spicy. The signature is more on the sweet side with a very very light kick, the hot spicy is in fact very very spicy and if you can’t handle heat I would stay away but it was very crunchy and delicious! My favorite by far were the spicy dumplings! So juicy and spicy but super enjoyable! I want to go back and just get 3 orders of those they were so amazing! A nice little spot to hang out with friends and enjoy the community there.“

“My wife and I are Orange County residents who have tried to have dinner at Knotts' Chicken Dinner Restaurant at least once every a year for a number of years. We dine there recently after a stressful week, and wed found things exactly as we hoped.
We were seated very quickly, and we found our favorites -- the chicken, rhubarb, and the cabbage -- as satisfying, tasty, and enjoyable as we have always found them to be. Overall, it was a great dining experience.
I particularly want to commend our service er for the evening, a young (at least to us octogenarians) man named Ben, whose attention without hovering and friendly, caring manner truly made our meal delightful.“

“The fried chicken was not fresh, the outside was dry, and flimsy. The waiter was also not attentive and could not answer questions about the menu. The amount of food for the money was good, we split the chicken and waffles and the sides were good. Chicken noodle soup was excellent as was the rhubarb and salad. The soggy cabbage was terrible.“

“Nicole was the sweetest! I felt like an idiot because I was having trouble opening the ranch packets, so I went up to the counter and asked her for help. She had the biggest smile and had no problem helping me with this. Even though I had the packets with me at the counter, she walked with me back to my table, opened them for me there and placed them on my table for me. It was so sweet! I felt so dumb for asking for help with that “issue” but she made me feel better about it and was happy to do it. She even asked if I needed help with anything else. I finally gave this place a try and got their top loaded fries regular size which came with six chicken bites. It was more than enough for me.

The sauce and balance of flavor, sweet, sour spicy, salty, tangy all just blended so well together. The coleslaw on top of the fries was an excellent touch. The chicken was incredibly juicy too.

Food was prepped before estimated time. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.“

“I think I've already posted about them? Anyhoot- The food, specifically the wings are absolutely the best I've ever had. They are NOT frozen and are cooked to order. They nail each of their flavors like a Gold medal. My wife and I have cravings... for these extremely fresh wings. A little pricey but worth it. I believe they sell wings in a 10 and 20 count.I always finish mine and have at least 3 of my wife's. If you worry about them being Korean BBQ....DON'T. You will have fireworks of flavors and textures blowing up total goodness on all of your tastebuds. If you do order don't expect 5 or 10 minutes as I said not frozen and cooked to order, make sure you know they'll take 15 to 20 minutes to make. I don't want to say anything bad at all, but they charge you for ranch dressing and it is a little priced high. But don't let that stop you. Go get your fingers covered in beautiful flavors, I've never been a finger licker, but I lick my fingers here. It's an exception. Go, you will fall in love...LOL“

I used to help out a dear friend during the holidays at Things Remembered; right next door to where it first came into the Cerritos Mall and I ti this day still love Chick-fil-A. This Franchise is a great part of the Chick-fil-A family!

“We were recommended to this place by some friends, so we decided to give it a try. We walked in and were immediately greeted, asked if we knew what we wanted. We said we needed a coyote of minutes, but the gentleman said no problem, but answered some questions we had. We ordered the chicken skins, hush puppies and the #1 with light meat (breast and a wing with potato wedges and a roll). The hush puppies were so flavorful, no need for a dipping sauce. The chicken skins were huge and also very flavorful. I finally got to my chicken because it was so hot, I'm not sure because I had the other stuff, but the chicken wasn't as flavorful as the other stuff I had. The potato wedges were good, very hot as well. We will be back! Good value for what you get!“

“Great price for their combo meals.

We got 2 order of the combo wings. The combo comes with 1 medium size pizza, 12 wings, and 1 liter soda of choice.

You’re able to choose 2 sauces for the wings and we got mango habanero, lemon pepper, honey garlic, and something else. For the pizza, we got bulgogi and Hawaiian.

On top of that I ordered the dumpling and rice cake soup which was pretty good. However, there were only like 6 dumplings and lots of rice cake that couldn’t be finished. Towards the end of the soup, it started getting a bit saltier as well.

The price you pay for the amount of food you get is decent. Flavors are good as well. I think the only complaint is that they drench their chicken in sauce which isn’t my preference when eating Korean fried chicken.“

Hainan chicken is nice and definitely lighter meals to go for. Fried is solid but better chances when the owner makes them himself. The price point is very approachable and nice. However, I find this place inconsistent with portion and service time-to-time.

I know big chains can be reliable but we need more restaurants like this that could provide you something different and wider options. I hope this place does well.“

“For Mothers Day We ordered the Jumbo Meal 3 Chickens and All 3 xl sides Potato Salad because we had rice and beans at the house. It was amazing as always still hot after a 20 minute drive. My in-laws picked it up and drove it down to South County for a visit. It fed 9 people and we got seconds. The Potato salad here is the best! I could eat it every other day. Such an amazing texture. I have gone to other chicken spots and they are good but Juan Pollo is the best.“
