“Chicken and little dry and rice needs flavor
My guess is when you go and pick up food utensils are in the bag provided from vendor but to my surprise I got to work and no fork to eat my rice and potato salad.
I don't think you need to remind vendor to put utensils in the bag.

“On 2026 February 26th I met a friend here for lunch and while using the restroom I left my cell phone. After 20 minutes driving north on the 5 freeway I realized I didn't have my phone with me. We turned around and drove back full of anxiety. Luckily for me a kind and honest employee had found the phone and he held on to it for me.

Later that same day after my friend droped me off. (My car was parked in KFC parking lot.) I opened my trunk and put my camera gear inside, however upon closing the trunk lid I left my car keys sticking out of the lock. Upon returning after a four and a half mile walk I had to use my spare key to get into my car. Apparently another different KFC employee noticed my key sticking out of my lock and thought to take it out and hold on to it so no one would steal my car. I am so thankful for this person's honesty and thoughtfulness she went above and beyond her responsibilities as an employee. She saved over $6,000 worth of camera equipment from being stolen.

And the chicken was great as it always is.“

I had an amazing experience at this Juan Pollo! The food was absolutely delicious — the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender, with just the right amount of seasoned flavor. The sides were fresh and flavorful, especially the potato salad, which has to be the BEST potato salad out there.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made sure everything was to my liking and served everything quickly with a smile.

“The lady working was extremely nice! The food is yummy and tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant. I got my order to go, it took them about 8 minutes to prepare it. I got the chicken and steak plate. It comes with white rice and steamed vegetables, pickled purple onions, chopped green onions, and a big slice of an orange.“

I finally gave this place a try and got their top loaded fries regular size which came with six chicken bites. It was more than enough for me.

The sauce and balance of flavor, sweet, sour spicy, salty, tangy all just blended so well together. The coleslaw on top of the fries was an excellent touch. The chicken was incredibly juicy too.

Food was prepped before estimated time. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.“

“I think I've already posted about them? Anyhoot- The food, specifically the wings are absolutely the best I've ever had. They are NOT frozen and are cooked to order. They nail each of their flavors like a Gold medal. My wife and I have cravings... for these extremely fresh wings. A little pricey but worth it. I believe they sell wings in a 10 and 20 count.I always finish mine and have at least 3 of my wife's. If you worry about them being Korean BBQ....DON'T. You will have fireworks of flavors and textures blowing up total goodness on all of your tastebuds. If you do order don't expect 5 or 10 minutes as I said not frozen and cooked to order, make sure you know they'll take 15 to 20 minutes to make. I don't want to say anything bad at all, but they charge you for ranch dressing and it is a little priced high. But don't let that stop you. “About 3.9 stars. A warmer chicken patty where it doesn't make me guess whether the chicken is fully cooked would take it to 4 stars. My chicken was fully cooked, just colder than expected. The best part next to the flavor is that the chicken is real whole chicken, not the fake ground up chicken patties found in all the big chains. They provide American yellow pickled chilies as a compliment which complements the chicken really well. This compliment should never be removed under any circumstances. Some chains like Curry House started loaing business after quietly trimming down on compliments, eventually closing & leaving California.“

I have been going to Chick-fil-A since the original opened in 1981 in Cerritos California. I used to help out a dear friend during the holidays at Things Remembered; right next door to where it first came into the Cerritos Mall and I ti this day still love Chick-fil-A. This Franchise is a great part of the Chick-fil-A family!
Thank you to the owner of this franchise for really taking time to do time things for people who use the app.
I was becoming concerned about going to Chick-fil-A because of how expensive it's become but with all the extra rewards that they take time to give it has brought me back going more and more every week. Thank you!

We said we needed a coyote of minutes, but the gentleman said no problem, but answered some questions we had. We ordered the chicken skins, hush puppies and the #1 with light meat (breast and a wing with potato wedges and a roll). The hush puppies were so flavorful, no need for a dipping sauce. The chicken skins were huge and also very flavorful. I finally got to my chicken because it was so hot, I'm not sure because I had the other stuff, but the chicken wasn't as flavorful as the other stuff I had. The potato wedges were good, very hot as well. We will be back! Good value for what you get!“

We got 2 order of the combo wings. The combo comes with 1 medium size pizza, 12 wings, and 1 liter soda of choice.

You’re able to choose 2 sauces for the wings and we got mango habanero, lemon pepper, honey garlic, and something else. For the pizza, we got bulgogi and Hawaiian.

On top of that I ordered the dumpling and rice cake soup which was pretty good. However, there were only like 6 dumplings and lots of rice cake that couldn’t be finished. Towards the end of the soup, it started getting a bit saltier as well.

The price you pay for the amount of food you get is decent. Flavors are good as well. I think the only complaint is that they drench their chicken in sauce which isn’t my preference when eating Korean fried chicken.“

“Nice lunch/takeout spot in the area. It is one of the reliable go-to place in the area.

Hainan chicken is nice and definitely lighter meals to go for. Fried is solid but better chances when the owner makes them himself. The price point is very approachable and nice. However, I find this place inconsistent with portion and service time-to-time.

I know big chains can be reliable but we need more restaurants like this that could provide you something different and wider options. I hope this place does well.“

“For Mothers Day We ordered the Jumbo Meal 3 Chickens and All 3 xl sides Potato Salad because we had rice and beans at the house. It was amazing as always still hot after a 20 minute drive. My in-laws picked it up and drove it down to South County for a visit. It fed 9 people and we got seconds. The Potato salad here is the best! I could eat it every other day. Such an amazing texture. I have gone to other chicken spots and they are good but Juan Pollo is the best.“
