This place serves great chicken. Their salsa are good. Their tortillas are good.
Chicken and little dry and rice needs flavor
My guess is when you go and pick up food utensils are in the bag provided from vendor but to my surprise I got to work and no fork to eat my rice and potato salad.
I don't think you need to remind vendor to put utensils in the bag.
