Bottom line food is amazing!!! Now that I got that out of the way, let me explain why they get 4 stars and not 5. If everything was based on taste, it would be a no-brainer 5 stars, but especially lately, I have been coming here for years. The amount of food you receive has declined while prices have gone up. Minced chicken riceThis juan pollo family pak at the La Habra Location was saltier than I remember years ago from the original location in Ontario, CA, but the side of rice (with minced chicken) was very flavorful, different from usual red style rice. My dairy allergic son could not get enough cinnamon sugar tortillas snacks. What do vegetarians do if the side of rice always comes with minced chicken?

I love the best chicken restaurant that's similar to a Mexican restaurant, except when the meal cooks fast. Juan Pollo has been around in exact 40 years since 1984 and it's mostly famous for chicken. With the flour tortilla, I can even make it into a burrito, add beans, and potato salad on the inside like a new concoction.
