We moved closer to this location and have visited a couple of times. So far so good. Except it does seem over staffed which is unusual these days. There’s like 4 employees who are just standing around either not sure what to do or “don’t have anything to do” and I put that last remark in quotes because there was trash cans over full and the bathroom could using a cleaning. I ordered the Pimento sandwich tonight and got home to find this dollop of pimento on my sandwich. Super disappointed, I order often and have been getting this sandwich since it was released, that is absolutely not the normal amount that should be on it. The drive-thru took about 30 minutes, but it was 5:50 so I was expecting a long line. I'm not sure if my review offers much as a vegan, but this was thee most pleasant experience I have had at any Chick-fil-A.Service was impeccable, the store was clean, and the food was fresh! Most of the time my fries are mostly thick ends of potatoes and overall soggy, However, this location quickly prepared salty, crisp waffle fries and put both the Polynesian sauce and extra salt in a separate baggy, which made me feel valued as a customer.
