They served me the worst sandwich I've had in years. Don't get the Black Forest Ham and gouda melt. Didn't look anything like the pictures. Won't be back there in a while.
It pains me to give this place a negative review. Panera’s are wonderful but 80% of the ones I visit are just run down and remind me of a rotting whale on the beach. The building is unique/cute. The outside seating area is plentiful and clean. But the interior looks dead/dark/dreary. Went in at 3pm on a Saturday. A really bad pungent odor was lingering around the whole dining area. High quality food that tastes great. Night crew needs to improve customer service and responsiveness to requests for orders or questions. Dining area needed serious cleaning maybe think about remodeling interior. 1 salad 1 cup of soup half sandwich and 2nd half sandwich 35 dollars.
