“It’s only a few places that I can say that I love their Ramen and this is one of them. This is my first time trying Ramen hub and I’m impressed. Authentic flavor, just the right amount of everything. Real FRESH seaweed is a bonus, plus the perfect serving size. I love it, I will definitely be ordering here again.“

They also have a decent list of items on their vegetarian section of the menu - mostly Tofu for the protein option in vegetarian but the taste is still retained be it the rice, noodles or the bunmi.

“No fancy looking photos, good tasting soups for dinner. We did a take out, and was amazed how they packed the food. It was so sealed, good thing i have scissors during our trip. Then later found out they provided a plastic cutter for the film.
We really enjoyed the beef rib soup. Kimchi was really good too. I know their pork belly soup was popular too, but its not much to our liking. The seafood pancake probably had too much egg on the batter, it became more omelette. But its still tasty.“

“The Tofu Spring Rolls are good, but lacking flavor. Me personally, I like peanut butter, but the Hoisin Sauce with Peanut Butter had a weird aftertaste. The pork chop was nice and charred, but also lacked some flavor. The vermicelli (noodles) is a nice filler. Great service, and overall nice interior, the only real problem is being crammed with space.“

“This is a small family own restaurant that provides very authentic Korean food. The location is a bit weird especially when you visit during the night.
At the parking lot, we hesitated and thought we might go to the wrong place. However, we love the food there. We ordered bul-nak jun-gol. The casserole is heartwarming especially eating in a winter night. The side dishes are also great. The variety combined with the octopus and bulgogi definitely gave us a nutritious and delicious meal. We will visit again when going to that area.“

“This place has my favorite chicken dishes. When I’m feeling like I need something with broth, I’m going for the pho ga. When I’m feeling for some rice, I pick the com ga chien ( fried chicken rice). They have many other great dishes as well. If you’re in the area, stop by and dine . You won’t be disappointed.“

The Green Thai Tea was refreshing as well! My kids can't wait to come back to eat everything again!

Next time, I will try the Banh Canh Noodle Soup, I saw someone ordered it and the seafood were all individually packed for freshness!

“Kaju Soft Tofu still has my favorite soontofu ever: galbi soft tofu.

The crazy thing is soontofu costs $17.99 per bowl! This includes the rice bowl that comes in the stone pot. Add water to it after you remove the rice. Take it home to drink. This also includes the side dishes, like kimchi cabbage, kimchi radish, bean sprouts, etc.

You order on the tablet at your table. When you need to check out, there is an option on the tablet too.

I docked one overall star because the service was lacking. The tablet has options to ask for water or get the check, but there is no button to get to-go containers or more napkins. It was hard to flag down someone, and it took them even longer to get what we asked for.

“This place is an old school Korean restaurant but the food is excellent. As someone who recently moved from Koreatown LA to a gateway city, I had to find my go to Korean restaurant and I think this is one of my favorite places. We like to get the Uhndaegoo jorim (braised black cod). Some of our other favorites are the dahk gae jang, as well as the bohtsahm. The atmosphere is very modest and simple, but this is the kind of place that suits me.

I highly recommend this place both for Korean traditionalists as well as non-Koreans who just want some really good quality Korean food.“

“Still a place to go for all the occasional. Just landed from out of country trip and this is the 1st place to go for comfort food. It was raining so perfect to have some hot pho and VNese coffee and Thai tea and orange juice. The place is packed and we waited for 15mins and got a shared table with another group. Easy order with friendly service but waited abit (understandable since it packed) but within 20mins we got our foods. The prices are still the same but I think the noodle is less than b4, I could be wrong but either way, it hit all the right spots in the body. The vibe was great since the smell is just make you feel right at home and with good comfort foods. They do have several table outside on the sidewalk too.“

“I ordered 2 different beef pho and an order of the pork and shrimp spring rolls. The meat and broth in the pho was so good and worth every penny. The tendon in my soup was so soft and yummy. The spring rolls were a bit of a disappointment as it was 90% garden salad mix straight out of the bag. 2 out of 3 of the spring rolls split open due to the over crowding of the salad. If the salad was tossed in a light sauce/vinegar, it would liven up the spring rolls so much.“

“Today at M’s kitchen, I went with the chef’s suggestion of “cold noodles” (which is the meat sauce noodle with soy bean paste, ask for cold noodles). The pronunciation sounds like Tsa Chang lian mein, and while my mandarin is terrible the food was thankfully not. “Taste goodThis is one of the delicious Korean food restaurants. My favorite dish in this restaurant is the young radish kimchi. The young radish kimchi and soybean paste stew that are served as side dishes and complimentary throughout the year bring me here.Personally, I find various items on their menu tasty, including kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), grilled hairtail fish, and braised hairtail fish. Today, I enjoyed the pork bossam, and I would rate it three stars. It was rich and satisfying.One thing that disappointed me was that the jjanchi guksu (banquet noodles) I ordered for takeout two weeks ago, which I thought was on the menu, turned out to be a different dish. It was more like somyeon (thin wheat noodles) in kalguksu broth, not what I expected. It started with my misunderstanding, and I appreciate them trying to accommodate my request, but I was completely disappointed as it was a different dish. In my opinion, it would be better if they informed customers that what they requested isn't on the menu.This has been my favorite kalguksu place for a long time. Despite the name changing several times over 23 years, a five-star rating is more than enough.

“Best place to get authentic cheonggukjang in Orange County. I've been coming for what feels like over a decade and the taste never changed. The restaurant does have a strong fermented bean paste smell but if you want authentic cheonggukjang, it has to smell like this. If a place that sells cheonggukjang does not have a smell, it you will get tasteless 'watered down' version of the soup.

Plus is the smell is not as over powering as it used to be way back when but the taste is still the same.“
