“CPK is always a hit or a miss depending on how a location management runs it. Fortunately , the Seal Beach location here is more of a Hit than a Miss.

They are usually understaffed which is why sometimes you have to wait longer even when there are empty tables inside. Ambience is where this CPK shines over others. The booths are much better and place is kept clean.

We usually get the Cedar Plank Salmon , Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pizza on Thin Crust (Always the best !) and the Chicken Piccata (often good !)

From the first bite, it was clear that Heritage excels at layering textures and flavors in unexpected ways. The meal began with an Amuse Bouche trio: a delicate prawn cracker topped with sweet Dungeness crab, a green leaf with another seafood salad that was to be eaten like a mini street taco, and balanced with the brightness and light crunch of pickled turnip. A seemingly simple couple of bites, but one that foreshadowed the precision and thoughtfulness of the courses to follow. To cleanse the palate, a mint tea infused with palo santo was served—a meditative interlude that was both refreshing and aromatic, setting the stage for the evening’s journey. We had the Shroomday Button (Oyster and Maitake Mushrooms/ White Wine Braised Leeks / Truffle Cheese / house stretched mozzarella / shredded mozz / parsley / post oven of lemon zest. *We love to add Hobbs Sausage*). I added that delicious sausage and loved that pizza! We also had the Bloomsdale (garlicky bloomsdale spinach / hand stretched mozzarella / shredded mozzarella /pecorino / smoked ricotta / gaeta olive / za’atar / feta salsa verde)... and YUM! And we decided to try the Garden of Farms Little Gem Caesar Salad (little gems / kewpie caesar dressing / pizza croutons / anchovies / Ribbons of Fiscalini Gold / soft cooked egg). Again, tasty, tasty, tasty. Speak Cheezy sure seems to use high-end products in the creation of their pizzas and salads. Everything was top notch. Stavo was so sweet, friendly, and overall amazing. I absolutely loved his personality! You can tell he genuinely cares about both the people he works with and every single guest who walks through the door.

Now let me talk about something that surprised me.

I have never tried their Mint Cucumber drink before because I simply do not like anything minty. Ever! Stavo suggested I give it a try. I asked him directly, “Is it minty?” He confidently told me it wasn’t overpowering and that it’s actually one of their top drinks. And let me just say he did not lie!!!!

The Mint Cucumber was divine. So refreshing. Light, crisp, and perfectly balanced. It wasn’t overwhelmingly minty at all just clean and cooling in the best way. Thank you for that suggestion, Stavo. You converted me!

And while we’re here, if you haven’t had their Pita Chips, you are absolutely missing out. They are the BEST. Perfectly crisp, lightly salted, and dangerously addictive. Make sure you get them when they’re fresh and come right out that’s when they’re at their peak. Trust me on this one.

“The Kebab Shop is conveniently located in a shipping area near Trader Joe's with ample parking. Ordering at the counter was a snap and the staff was very professional and friendly helping us with our first visit. We decided to try one of their wraps with lamb and steak. After ordering, the staff invited to try some of their choices of yogurt topping. It was a short wait at our table and then our name was called.

The wrap was good sized and filled with lots of meat. I added dill yogurt topping and took a bite; mm mm, so good! The combination of the topping, lamb and fresh veggies were fantastic.

Occupying the former location of Hanako, we've dined at the second previous tenant of this address, prior to Hanako. I've been meaning to come by Pudtarn Thai Cuisine because I'm a huge fan of Thai food, and Lunch Specials are an affordable option. This day seemed just the moment to try another local Thai restaurant for takeout.

Lunch Special Pad Thai-
Choice of protein (beef + $1, shrimp + $2), with rice, salad & egg roll. Oh, how have I missed pad Thai. Pudtarn's version hit the spot for my Thai food fix. Had the perfect amount of sour to sweet. Portions were generous, too.

Chicken satay-
Five tender, succulent sticks of chicken, served with creamy peanut sauce. Great accompaniment to the noodles, the pieces of chicken were delicious, especially when smothered in the sauce.

Service was good. A good amount of seating inside, the wait for takeout wasn't too long, since I was the first customer of the day. Parking can be somewhat difficult to come by, as some spaces are designated for the business in front of them. Hard to find on it's own, Pudtarn Thai Cuisine is located west of the car wash on the corner of Bloomfield & Centralia.

Pudtarn Thai Cuisine is a solid Thai eatery, and I'm definitely looking forward to visiting, again, in the near future. Their lunch specials are affordable, and provide an ample amount of food. Pudtarn Thai Cuisine has earned their spot in my food rotation list.“
