It is a family owned restaurant and they do treat you like family. The service was great. We had the homemade brownie cheesecake and we fought over who got that last bite. I had some caprese , burata, Fior Di Latte and the Vespa Pizza along with a Limonata Rosa. Our Service Yadira was amazing and very attentive. She was very helpful with any questions we had. “The Ria is one of the best pizza spots in southern California. Their Detroit Style pan pizzas are one of a kind. I recently tried their seasonal Peach pizza - it had the perfect balance of flavor, and something you wouldn't find at your typical restaurant. I plan to go back again soon!“

“We had a great dining experience at Urban Plates in Long Beach. Mariana explained the menu choices in a very unrushed manner, and we decided on the steak. I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.“

“Excellent food and wonderful service! My wife and I popped in here after a long bike ride, and we weren't disappointed. We shared the supreme breakfast burrito with venison and the waffles with fruit. The burrito was so good, the meat was cooked to perfection and the combination with the eggs and potatoes made it wonderful. And the waffles, oh my! We will definitely be back for more of this delicious food. Oh, and the service was incredible, everyone is so friendly and attentive. A+++“

“Every Table meal subscription is amazing. Delicious, healthy foods at a very fair price. 5 dinners only $38. The best part is my area has brick and mortar stores where I just walk in and buy my meal prep for the week...Meals cooked in a local kitchen by real chefs with local fresh ingredients. I'm busy all the time and although I love cooking it's hard to cook for just one person. The majority of meals are 600 calories or less. An easy way for me to stay in my calorie deficit. I just had the chicken schwarma bowl and it was soooo good. Tasted just like a home cooked meal. Highly recommend“

“Couldn't find an all-vegan restaurant in Laguna on a Monday evening (so disappointing), so drove out of our way to SeaBirds in Costa Mesa, and lemme tell you, it was worth the extra time and gas money!! Yossi greeted us with a smile and recommended the homemade pesto rigatoni with almond cheese and toasted gremolata (I chose to eliminate the seitan sausage crumble) -- absolute perfection, and my new favorite meal! Since I live 40 miles away, I rarely get to enjoy this place, and I normally order the purple potato taquitos, but stepped out of my comfort zone and so glad I did!!! Then came the homemade vanilla soda (don't forget to stir it) -- a sweet, nostalgic sensory delight! I rarely have room for dessert, but we tried the famous churro waffle with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle (called a chaffle), and the chocolate avocado mousse with homemade oreo crumble -- ohmygoodness!!!! Both disappeared faster than we'd like to admit. I love the food here so much that I would crawl back on my hands and knees for another meal if I had to! Outstanding food and service, and proof that exceptional vegan restaurants still exist -- thank goodness! 20 out of 10 stars!!!“

I had a really good overall dining experience here. The food was enjoyable, and a few dishes really stood out. The lamb shank was delicious, tender, and satisfying, while the kebab platter was another highlight. The samosas were good too and made for a great addition to the meal.
