Even better - I have now found a fried chicken place to share with friends who don't have gluten issues. I'd share a picture... but it smelled so good, I forgot to take one and we ate it all.“

“For Mothers Day We ordered the Jumbo Meal 3 Chickens and All 3 xl sides Potato Salad because we had rice and beans at the house. It was amazing as always still hot after a 20 minute drive. My in-laws picked it up and drove it down to South County for a visit. It fed 9 people and we got seconds. The Potato salad here is the best! I could eat it every other day. Such an amazing texture. I have gone to other chicken spots and they are good but Juan Pollo is the best.“

“Even though it's in this random parking lot, don't let that dissuade you from trying. The food was incredible. The loaded fries combo, crazy fries combo, and chicken piece combos were all delicious. The combination of the chicken, fries, sauce, and coleslaw was amazing. The spicy is pretty spicy, so be aware of that. The thin cornflake breading on the chicken was so good. I would definitely recommend getting the fries combos. Service was also amazing. There are two larger tables where about 8 can sit and two smaller tables for up to 4 people.“

“I had a really great experience at KFC. I recently had all of my teeth removed due to dental work, so finding things I can actually eat has been a challenge. The staff here were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding when I explained my situation.

Instead of just brushing me off, they took the time to go over a few options with me and help me figure out what would work. We ended up choosing the chicken pot pie, and it was honestly perfect—soft, easy to eat, and really delicious. It also tasted fresh, which made it even better.

Since that visit, I’ve been coming back about once a week just to get that same chicken pot pie. It’s been a go-to for me. The Famous Bowl is also really good and another solid option.
