“We stopped here for crispy chicken. Ended up ordering way more than what we needed. The chicken was a bit spicy for my 7 year old but if you took off the skin it was good for him. All of the food came out hot and the waitstaff was super attentive!!! A must go to if you ask me!“

“Since Ali took over in August of 2023 everything has been amazing. We used to drive 40min to Mission Viejo just to get it. We were ecstatic when they took over the Anaheim location. The bread is always good and the quality of the chicken is the best I have had from any restaurant. We are never disappointed. Ali is very personable and takes an interest in the customers. He has shared in the excitement in our lives and every time we see him he wanted to know about our life and how our wedding planning is going. He even remembered when we got married and said congratulations when he saw us. They make you feel like family when you are here.“

“Very Excellent! It's comparable to Raising Caine's , even the sauce. It's a little cheaper in price, and without the wait. They use REAL chicken not fake processed/pressed chicken. As an added bonus, they accept EBT Food. The only downside is it's hard to locate. It's a sub-let inside the Minimart on the corner. There's no outside signage.“

“By far, the best rotisserie chicken I have tasted. Seasoned perfectly, cooked just right, and juicy and flavorful. Since we relocated to the area, Pollo’s has become a regular in our house, especially on busy school nights. I grab two chickens, make my own sides, and have a tasty semi-homemade meal ready in under 30 minutes. The bulgogi beef tacos are good too.“

“The chicken is very tasty and savory, but dining room is very trashy all around, piles of boxes on top of some kind of freezer, the mop and broom close to the soda machine and lots of pictures on the floor.
Honestly this place it needs a makeover, this place it needs to look much cleaner and more attractive to us, the customers!

“As far as fried chicken concerns, this place is my personal favorite. The hot and soy sauce is very very good. They give you complimentary side cabbage salad. Service is nice. Atmosphere is more on the chill side, no frills. Good place for a quick casual snack with your friends“

The flavor is smoky, the price is very reasonable, about $12.99, and it's huge. It's almost enough for two people to finish. If you have a big appetite, you can do it alone. Must try. “Vibe was dope, burgers were solid though the bun was super soggy, but the one thing that stood out the most; To me, it was absolutely the WORST attempt at making pickles I’ve ever experienced. Not all people would say the same, but to each their own… BUT… that was no pickle.. that was a damn cucumber that moved to the pickle neighborhood while young but still has the tendency to put raisins in potato salad because it reminds them of home… the cucumber made friends in their new neighborhood,. The pickled jalapeños and onions were sublime, they were/are really bout that life and are really LIKE THAT… but the pickle? Naaa… my momma was wrong.. she always said “you are who you hang out with” but not in this case.. Respectfully..
Customer service was solid.
Beers were cold.
Buuut… STILLLL NOOO PICKLES!
