My 7 year old had a great time with the chicken wings and the octopus and shrimp sushi. The ramen was super good and the eel was amazing have 0 complaints and i will be returning here very soon as often as i can!“

“This is a great place with great management and beyond excellent customer service. I was charged twice and I called to get a refund. I didn’t have my card and told the manager Mike I would call him back. I completely forgot to. Mike calls me a few days later asking if I had my card so he could issue me the refund-I didn’t. I finally called him the next day and he not only refunded me for the mistaken charge but for the order we did make. If there is any doubt that this place won’t do you right, my post should put you at ease. Thanks again Mike!“

“I've only been to one Epic Wings in Santa Ana and the customer service is always amazing. I was afraid to come to a new one and not get the same service. I was right. Sadly. He got my order wrong. I always hate having my food being taken back cause of fear of them messing with it. The food was still incredible and delicious and the place is clean and well kept so 5/5 for that but the customer service was bad. My fiance tried to be friendly with the guy and he gave her the most non interested face and didn't care to give not even a friendly smile. Literally looked like he didn't care to work or be friendly. Sad. Went straight to his phone after taking our order. It's Sunday the 26th 8:30pm. The lady was very friendly though. She helped us out and was very nice.“

It's all good, not really upset, just wish someone would've explained it to me. Instead I got home to discover it. Like I said, all good, first issue in years. But come on. Great people, very kind to me. Just frustrating. Keeping it 5 stars but please don't do that again.“

“We were staying at the Spring Hill Suites and had a long day at Disneyland. When we came back to the room we saw that there was a Pizza Hut Express next door at the Residence Inn that was still open. We went over and were able to order a pizza to go before the 11:00 pm closing time. They were quick making the pizza and it was pretty good too. We took it back to the room with plates and utensils supplied by them as well. Great for a late evening snack!“
