“Great local find for me. 1st time here so I tried wings, onion rings and shrimp.
Everything was great. I will return.
I gave 4stars, but would've gave 5stars but the shrimp was fried with the shell on for some reason. I bit into it and wish they peeled the shell, then fried it. Shell was not good at all. They should tell us before we order that they prepare it that way.“

“I would give this place 4.5 stars just for the chicken alone. It is extremely crispy and juicy, and it's not oily at all (like many fried chicken joints)

I would say the service isn't phenomenal. I think it must depend on the person who is working. I came in yesterday (Friday) and a lady with short hair was slightly careless, but nothing too horrible. I would still come back for the fried chicken.

The reason for the 4 stars on food is because of the western carbonara. I am convinced they must've forgot the salt or any other seasonings, but they definitely did not forget the cheese or cream, because it was creamy -- maybe too creamy. It would be way better if they added salt and pepper because that was the blandest pasta I've ever had. I had to add my own seasonings.

But nonetheless the fried chicken is really yummy. I would recommend the chicken with secret sauce (which tastes like orange chicken)“

“One suggestion I have is to make use of the Pizza Portal pickup system that's advertised on your website. Every time I place an online order, I still have to wait in line to pick up my food, & this location is extremely busy all the time so it loses its value for ordering online because the portal isn't being used. Putting it into service could make pickups much faster for customers and save employees time by reducing the need to hand out online orders one by one. It seems like it would create a smoother experience for everyone.“
