“I’ve been eating at this location for a couple years now and the food is always good. However, today the food was prepared exceptionally well and we loved everything that we had. There were also some new items which was a nice surprise. The employees were very friendly and helpful. St the last minute, I added some additional items and the items came out quicker than expected.“

“The fried chicken is definitely the reason to come here. I went with the soy garlic wings, and when they came out fresh, the outside was very crispy while the inside stayed juicy. The sauce had a nice balance of sweet, salty, and garlicky flavor without being too heavy.

I also liked having the pickled radish on the side because it helps cut through the richness of the chicken. If you want more than wings, the menu has quite a few Korean comfort-food choices such as tteokbokki, japchae, bulgogi fried rice, bao buns, and Korean tacos. The spicy chicken has noticeably more heat, so I would stick with soy garlic if you prefer something milder.

The dining room is casual and comfortable, and parking is fairly easy in the shopping center. Service was friendly, although I can see why some people mention that the food can vary a little depending on how fresh the batch is.

Overall, a good place for crispy Korean fried chicken, especially if you can eat it right away while it is still hot.“

“I’m going to be completely honest and say that the outside of this KFC does resemble something from the set of a post apocalyptic film. It’s a little daunting from the outside at night. But, let me tell you something, the woman working the window last Wednesday night restored some of my faith in humanity. I had tried to place an order in the app on our way there, but I was unable to, I assume due to it being 29 minutes before closing. We were on our way home and decided to get off the freeway and see if we could order in time. We got there about 20 minutes to closing, half expecting not to be able to order. I never like to order food from a place that is near closing, as I find it highly inconsiderate, but we weren’t close to home and we were hungry, so we did. We ordered the Wednesday chicken fried steak meals at the drive thru, and were so surprised by how happy and friendly the woman working the drive thru was. We felt bad for showing up so close to closing and this woman seemed completely unfazed and genuinely happy to serve us. We got our order, it was hot and it had napkins, condiments AND utensils. It also came with a smile and I appreciate that.“

“This is a good location to get a Hot and Ready pizza. They always have a pepperoni pizza ready the times I have stopped. This location is also opened late so it is a good spot to go if you are craving pizza late at night. They have plenty of parking spots. If you are around this location and want some pizza quickly I would recommend this location.“

Everything was great. I will return.
I gave 4stars, but would've gave 5stars but the shrimp was fried with the shell on for some reason. I bit into it and wish they peeled the shell, then fried it. Shell was not good at all. They should tell us before we order that they prepare it that way.“

“Each table had a tablet to place your order. We always order the same items. Kim chi fried rice and soy garlic bone in wings.

The tablet showed soy garlic as being “sold out”. We were about to walk out to go somewhere else but decided to ask and they said they have it.

Bb.q wings are always consistent. They were flavorful and crispy. The Kim chi fried rice was tasty and had cubes of spam.

The atmosphere was lively with a jumbo big screen showing BTS music videos.“

“Went for my birthday and i am more than pleased. The food, service and resturant was all amazing. There were options for all people who may have diet restrictions. My 7 year old had a great time with the chicken wings and the octopus and shrimp sushi. The ramen was super good and the eel was amazing have 0 complaints and i will be returning here very soon as often as i can!“

“I think I've already posted about them? Anyhoot- The food, specifically the wings are absolutely the best I've ever had. They are NOT frozen and are cooked to order. They nail each of their flavors like a Gold medal. My wife and I have cravings... for these extremely fresh wings. A little pricey but worth it. I believe they sell wings in a 10 and 20 count.I always finish mine and have at least 3 of my wife's. If you worry about them being Korean BBQ....DON'T. You will have fireworks of flavors and textures blowing up total goodness on all of your tastebuds. If you do order don't expect 5 or 10 minutes as I said not frozen and cooked to order, make sure you know they'll take 15 to 20 minutes to make. I don't want to say anything bad at all, but they charge you for ranch dressing and it is a little priced high. But don't let that stop you. Go get your fingers covered in beautiful flavors, I've never been a finger licker, but I lick my fingers here. It's an exception. Go, you will fall in love...LOL“

“The last hidden gem in Costa Mesa. This easily tops waiting for chick fil a down the street. I let the cashier guide my order because I was too tired to come to a decision. He suggested the special which was wise of him because it includes 4 karage (tender fried chicken thigh) a potato croquette, 3 cali roll pieces and a salad with potato salad, excellent for a post 9 hour work day meal. My pregnant wife got the 5 piece karage and said it changed her life for the better. I didn’t take pictures because I was so in awe and in the moment. It was photo ready. The food comes out RIPPING hot. Which made us so comfortable eating there, especially pregnant knowing they make everything actually fresh to order, cooked to appropriate temperature to ensure food safety. Not just marketing fresh, there is nothing siting here waiting for you to order, this is not fast food. They tell you it’s going to take a few minutes and it’s worth the wait because they do not compromise on quality here. With that being said it’s not even that long and I will no longer be visiting chick fil a when this place is open and it’s much healthier.

“I visited from DC and Wings by Mezzo was easily the highlight of my trip. I tried the Lemon Pepper with Parmesan—a combination I couldn't quite wrap my head around at first, but the flavors absolutely blew me away. The seasoning was balanced perfectly.

The biggest takeaway for me was the quality. Unlike those big-name wing spots that serve skimpy, tiny wings, these were a great size and cooked to absolute perfection.

I intended to take a photo to show these off, but as soon as the smell hit me, I started indulging and didn't look back. There are no pictures because I couldn't stop eating long enough to grab my phone!

“We first found Big Al's Pizzeria on IG. All of their pizzas caught our eye because of the unique flavors that they serve. We know that often times when you see something on IG and go experience a place in person it may not be as expected. That was NOT the case with Big Al's Pizzeria. WOW!! Can't even tell you how much they exceeded our expectations when it came to the flavors and textures that they deliver. You can tell that they use High Quality, Fresh Ingredients and take pride in their creations, especially with everything being homemade!! I know a lot of people say that it takes a while to receive their pizza but we can tell you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT AND CALORIES!! The combinations on their pizzas are next level and so fun and unique! The pizza dough has the perfect fluffiness, chewy texture and flavor. The wings WOW! Definitely in our top 5 of favorites! So crispy and flavorful! “The reviews are correct. Small little restaurant that looks family owned and ran by the owners. Love to support small business and even better when the food is delicious.

I’ve tasted plenty of teriyaki bowls and was expecting the usual watery chicken but this one tasted like it was cooked to perfection. It had a little charred tasted that had that extra kick and taste to make your mouth water.

Out of all the teriyaki bowls I’ve tasted, this one is definitely up there and a contender for the #1 spot on my list of teriyaki bowls, which says a lot.

If I’m ever around the area, I’m definitely stopping by and I would even make a drive from the other side of the city.

“The quality is typically great- I've been eating here for a year- but my family was burned by this place two weeks ago (from this post date) when I ordered via Ubereats. For the first time ever I had placed a scathing review/rating on the survey from the URL on the receipt- it was that outrageously bad: 92% crunch, 8% dried-out meat. Scraps. Every single piece was a scrap from the day before, it felt. We were reluctant to put more money towards bb.q but eventually caved and bought just the other day.

The quality of the same order we've usually always chosen was absolutely perfect. No excessive crunch, the chicken portions were pretty sizable, and the flavor of both variations we chose were there. It may have been only slightly undercooked when comparing to their normal quality, but it was still delicious- specifically compared to what we were served those two weeks ago.

It hurt to be hurt by this familiar restaurant, but they've brought us back again with the quality we've come to know and still very much appreciate.“

“Wow. As a long time wingstop guy I thought their wings were really good. I had my friend recommend me epic wings and i never heard about it so i got it for delivery. And these are the best wings i have ever had the flavor is exactly what you would look for in a spicy wing and blows wingstop out the water. For sure eating here from now on and the pricing is reasonable. Only critique i have is I ordered lemon pepper and garlic parm sauce on the side and while the garlic parm was amazing i was a little disappointed with the lemon pepper it definitely needs more of a pepper taste to it. But besides that great wings, great fries, breadsticks really good. Overall still a 10/10“

“It is a great place that opens till very late. We came at almost midnight and had some cold beer and authentic food. Some of the food is very authentic such as the blood sausage. We tried that and some fried whole chicken, fried tofu, and squid. It was nice you can just ordered thru the pad and they served quick. They gave us some free orange slices too.“
