“Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. Can't wait to go back!“

“I've only been to one Epic Wings in Santa Ana and the customer service is always amazing. I was afraid to come to a new one and not get the same service. I was right. Sadly. He got my order wrong. I always hate having my food being taken back cause of fear of them messing with it. My fiance tried to be friendly with the guy and he gave her the most non interested face and didn't care to give not even a friendly smile. “About 3.9 stars. A warmer chicken patty where it doesn't make me guess whether the chicken is fully cooked would take it to 4 stars. My chicken was fully cooked, just colder than expected. The best part next to the flavor is that the chicken is real whole chicken, not the fake ground up chicken patties found in all the big chains. They provide American yellow pickled chilies as a compliment which complements the chicken really well. This compliment should never be removed under any circumstances. Some chains like Curry House started loaing business after quietly trimming down on compliments, eventually closing & leaving California.“

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“This is a great place with great management and beyond excellent customer service. I was charged twice and I called to get a refund. I didn’t have my card and told the manager Mike I would call him back. I completely forgot to. Mike calls me a few days later asking if I had my card so he could issue me the refund-I didn’t. I finally called him the next day and he not only refunded me for the mistaken charge but for the order we did make. If there is any doubt that this place won’t do you right, my post should put you at ease. Thanks again Mike!“

“I never expected to find Pizza in a Michoacana ice cream shop. We ordered a special order and they didn't hesitate to make it for us. We ordered half with mushrooms and olives in it and the other half without.
We also ordered wings. The cashier recommended Mango Habanero and they were amazing. The right amount of spice and they were saucy but not drowning in it which was good.
I ate my ice cream in the time it took to have the food ready. Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream was delicious.“
