“Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. Can't wait to go back!“

All the workers there seemed happy and looked to be getting along well with one another. The atmosphere was chill but each person was busy getting things done to service the customers. “Was curious about this branch since it’s from China and this is their 2nd location. Was happened to be 15mins away and thought to give it a try. The location is in a big shopping plaza and has a big parking lot so easy parking. They’re either remodeling or putting up new signs since outside are covered and being painting. Inside is new and clean and very spacious. Small menu and plenty of pictures to see what the foods look like. Ordered a bucket of wings for $20 and 3 chicken sandwiches for $10 (special offers at the moment). Prices are not bad at all, they do have special meal deal that is under $10. Staff are good, the wait is abit long but since I ordered, they start making it so…waited for 8mins for my orders and got it in a cool colorful bag. Smell great and if you eat it right away it’s very juicy and tasty, the burger is good and same for the wings. It just not my cup of tea of their seasoning and favor but with their dipping sauces, it just not going together for me. Overall, it was okey, good sandwich (without the seasoning), good clean store and not bad pricing.“

I always hate having my food being taken back cause of fear of them messing with it. “definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“Love the pizza. I wish they would expand their toppings. The one complaint is their online ordering form by Tabit.us is terrible to use. The fields for data entry are too small, and you can’t see if you’ve made an entry error. For example when entering my phone number I accidentally hit one wrong number, and didn’t see it until it went to send the confirmation code to the wrong number. I used the back arrow, and was not able to enter a new phone number. I deleted the whole order, reordered, and it pulled up the wrong phone number again. The only way I was able to place an order was to delete the order AGAIN, log out of the website, log back in, and select NO to Use location? Terrible ordering experience that could easily be fixed with a better form design. It’s not rocket science.“

I recently stopped by on our way to Legoland and met the owner and her daughter. They were so lovely and gave me a cup of freshly made rice beverage (which I'm for sure getting again next time).
