“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

There are many choices of flavors for wings ranging from no spice to the hottest for those that love a challenge. The sides are great with choices like difficult kinds of fries, Mozzarella sticks and other delicious options. There is so much more to try like sandwiches, chicken strips and a huge selection of salads and all the drinks that you could ask for. Your taste buds will thank you every time you go here. “Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. Can't wait to go back!“

“Just as good as advertised. Went in a Friday afternoon. They accommodated both my asks: could I bring my dog in and was there a tv to watch the basketball playoffs (during a Ducks playoff game). I would say the service isn't phenomenal. I think it must depend on the person who is working. I came in yesterday (Friday) and a lady with short hair was slightly careless, but nothing too horrible. I would still come back for the fried chicken.

The reason for the 4 stars on food is because of the western carbonara. I am convinced they must've forgot the salt or any other seasonings, but they definitely did not forget the cheese or cream, because it was creamy -- maybe too creamy. It would be way better if they added salt and pepper because that was the blandest pasta I've ever had. I had to add my own seasonings.

But nonetheless the fried chicken is really yummy. I would recommend the chicken with secret sauce (which tastes like orange chicken)“

“I've only been to one Epic Wings in Santa Ana and the customer service is always amazing. I was afraid to come to a new one and not get the same service. I was right. Sadly. He got my order wrong. I always hate having my food being taken back cause of fear of them messing with it. The food was still incredible and delicious and the place is clean and well kept so 5/5 for that but the customer service was bad. My fiance tried to be friendly with the guy and he gave her the most non interested face and didn't care to give not even a friendly smile. “About 3.9 stars. A warmer chicken patty where it doesn't make me guess whether the chicken is fully cooked would take it to 4 stars. My chicken was fully cooked, just colder than expected. The best part next to the flavor is that the chicken is real whole chicken, not the fake ground up chicken patties found in all the big chains. They provide American yellow pickled chilies as a compliment which complements the chicken really well. This compliment should never be removed under any circumstances. Some chains like Curry House started loaing business after quietly trimming down on compliments, eventually closing & leaving California.“
