“My family and I come here pretty often, and today we came to celebrate grandpa’s birthday. I was actually the one who suggested Yangmani since we’ve always had a good experience here.
We ordered two Chef’s Cut Combos and one Variety Combo for the table. If you’re a big meat eater, the portions might feel a little small, but for us it was plenty and we left pretty full. The meat quality is always really good, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back.
The staff is also always really nice and friendly. There are so many new Korean BBQ places opening up these days, but somehow we still end up coming back to Yangmani in Rowland Heights.
I wish I had taken more pictures though! I only took a picture of the first round of meat, and after that we got too busy eating and I totally forgot. 😂“

“Complex, authentic Korean flavors made with traditional p ingredients. A humble porridge could become a pleasantly enjoyable experience. I ordered bulnakji porridge today and instead of using ground beef or cheap meat, they used a good quality meat and then they sautéed the marinated bulgogi in butter. mmm. Chives/buchu they used were fresh and green. So was the octopus. Often times you taste the fishiness but this octopus or nakji had a very clean flavor. The venue and the food they served were very clean. I highly recommend this place.“

“Had a great experience at Eighty Eight Q! The food was really good, but the service from Hermione was what really stood out.

She was super attentive and somehow always knew when we needed more meat, sides, or dessert. She would check in at just the right time without us having to flag her down or ask. It made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.

“some of the best korean food there is, with reasonable prices! so far i’ve tried the galbi tang and gamja tang and they’re both heavenly. the side dishes, especially the kimchi were so good as well! it’s a family run restaurant, and the staff were really nice. they have lunch specials that are worth checking out as well. plenty of parking in the parking lot. the portions are huge as well. please check them out!“

“I am not Korean but I love this restaurant. They serve true comfort food. The galbi tang is so tasty as well as the braised beef. Now that they started serving rice cake soup with dumpling, all of my Korean comfort food is in one place. Yay!“

Got their bossam and a beef stew. Got the smallest bossam. These two dishes was enough for four adults. So ample portion size. Purple rice was also really tasty. Everything was pretty good, bossam especially. Would say the banchan were just ok tho.

I love that they serve a mountain of meat on a broth on the grill. The meat is mixed with veggies and mushrooms. The soup is a good balance of savory and sweet.

I ordered bibimbap to complement our seng bulgogi. You can add your own gochujang which was nice because I dont like mine too spicy.

The service was very friendly and attentive.

“Chicken is very tasty. Fresh and flavorful and wings size are huge. Suggestions from staff were spot on. Tried cajun dry rub wings and they are great. Onion rings and our loaded fries great too. “​When we pulled up, the parking lot was completely packed, which we took as a great sign for the food! Luckily, we found a spot nearby. Since there were only two of us, we got seated right away, but bigger groups definitely had a bit of a wait.

Gui Gui 9292 on Colima Road is a solid all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spot that delivers a lot for the price. The brisket, beef belly, pork belly, and marinated short ribs were all flavorful and cooked up nicely on the grill. The self-serve bar for sides, sauces, and wraps means you don't have to wait on refills. Steamed egg and corn cheese round out the meal well. The dining room is spacious with good ventilation, so you don't leave smelling like smoke. The lunch special is one of the best KBBQ deals around, which makes it an easy pick for a midday meal or a group outing.“

Second, the bbq chicken was tender and oh-so flavorful on its own; no need for the dipping sauce although the sauce IS super tasty. Next, the rice is topped with furikake and sesame seeds. Sadly, the spicy pork flavor is excellent, but I don't like how it's in small pieces. I referred to it as shrapnel pieces, and my BF thought that was a precise phrase for it. We were disappointed that the gochujang wings were not available on a weekend night at 6:30pm. This a food court location, so if you want to eat hot & fresh, you need to find a table two stalls down in a small inside area with about 6 tables or outside with about the same amount of tables.“

“Another great KFC from bb.q. Have to eat fresh. Crispy on the outside. Soft and tender meat. They do it right at this location.
Just watch out for any spilled sauce from the box. Bought 2 boxes. 1 small 1 medium. The honey garlic sauce leak from the box. I think the aluminum foil is broken or short one edge. Service is typical. Thus we order pick up.“

“Came here after being slammed by ads from Instagram... Price for an AYCE was what had me interested, especially in this economy.

First off, if you can, carpool to this place. The lot is very tiny, has very limited parking spaces, and anything larger than a 2026 Ford Explorer might have issues squeezing into a spot since the lines seem like they were made with smaller cars in mind, and be sure to use your parking breaks for certain spots - the incline is pretty steep... There are other businesses in this plaza, so expect parking competition.

The restaurant is pretty dim inside, but at least the pop music isn't very loud like other establishments (I'm looking at you, Gen BBQ!) and it's rather cozy. They have a self serve area around the corner with their regular items while the more premium stuff requires ordering off their menu via QR code, so make sure you have someone with a fully charged smartphone.

Service is prompt and super friendly, always making sure we have plenty of water (it was 109F that day). Order menu is a bit small, but for $20, I can work with it since they had the self-service area.

My only gripe, however, is that the food tends to run on the sweet side, especially the glass noodles (also missing a lot of the veggies here...) and bulgolgi. Even their salads were really sweet that day when I was expecting the usual sour vinegar kick I get from other similar establishments. Hopefully, next visit will be slightly different and won't be as sweet...“

“We had a group of 11 people dining here today, and it was everyone’s first time visiting this restaurant. From the portion sizes to the flavors, every dish received unanimous praise.
A special shoutout to Roger, our server, who was incredibly attentive and fun. He noticed every detail, kept refilling our water glasses, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. Even though we stayed and chatted for quite a while, he remained friendly and thoughtful the entire time. It’s rare to experience such excellent service in a Chinese restaurant!
The chef also did a fantastic job—every dish was delicious and beautifully prepared.
