“Complex, authentic Korean flavors made with traditional p ingredients. A humble porridge could become a pleasantly enjoyable experience. I ordered bulnakji porridge today and instead of using ground beef or cheap meat, they used a good quality meat and then they sautéed the marinated bulgogi in butter. mmm. Chives/buchu they used were fresh and green. So was the octopus. Often times you taste the fishiness but this octopus or nakji had a very clean flavor. The venue and the food they served were very clean. I highly recommend this place.“

“Went on a Monday night, ample seating no wait.

Got their bossam and a beef stew. Got the smallest bossam. These two dishes was enough for four adults. So ample portion size. Purple rice was also really tasty. Everything was pretty good, bossam especially. Would say the banchan were just ok tho.

Overall a solid place for some stews and bossam.“

Michael our server came out and created us, by saying it was so nice to see you here again. Michael remember our drink order and promtly brought it out to us. The job Michael did from start to finish was amazing. From getting our order out on time and the desert was perfect for my granddaughter Breanna and my wife's as well. Always asking if everything came out right and if we needed anything else. What a perfect evening and servers like Michael make us want to eat here often. “The bolo bao ice cream sandwich was the bomb! I had it with ube ice cream. The garlic fries - lots of fresh garlic with a side of bomb lemon aoili and house sauce! The best! Passionfruit green tea was perfect for the hot weather! So cute inside too! It's a smaller space and a one man show. Everything is made fresh so please be patient - it's worth the wait! “Stopped in to have a few drinks while visiting LA. I sat at the bar and both bartenders were friendly and attentive. The restaurant and restrooms were both clean.

My second visit was also great. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table on a busy Friday evening around 7:00.

The fish and chips were awesome. Crispy hot fish.“

“First timers here at Lazy Dog. I was thinking this would be a hot dog place but it isn’t lol, they gave us some garlic chips for it being our first time I thought that was really nice of them. I ordered Kung Pao Shrimp, it was really good but a bit TOO salty for my liking. I also got a beer they ID you so bring you’re ID.“

“Update: This has become one of my 2 spots that I go to for AUTHENTIC Hawaiian food. Everything here is delicious. You can watch the chefs grill your meal on an open flame. If you haven't been here, you haven't tasted real Hawaiian BBQ. Warning: the spam musubis sell out, so get there early for a chance to get one. If they sell out, I don't need to tell you how good they are.

OMG. I was recommended to try this place and they were not lying. I didn't take pictures, I was too excited to eat. I could smell the bbq before I walked in. I got the Big Kahuna family meal, its a very generous portion. I also got the beef ribs, those are a must. The only thing I didn't get to try was the spam masubi, but I'll definitely be back.“

“If someone (including non-Koreans) asks me, I can easily say this is hands down one of the best Korean cuisines in Southern California.

They serve authentic Korean foods that anyone can enjoy.
Not too spicy, nor MSG after- taste, simply delicious 😋.

You can't go wrong with anything they offer on the menu, even to complimentary side dishes. Seafood pancake is something I always order to go when I treat guests at home.

It's not fancy looking from outside (which is why I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere), but the owner, who's very friendly on the phone, makes you feel completely at home while dining in there.

I highly recommend this unique Korean restaurant without hesitation to anyone!“
