“I had the sake salmon and egg sando.
The sando was good. Moist egg filling and well toasted bread. The sake salmon...goodness gracious. It was delicious! I want to try more items on the menu, but I may have a hard time not ordering the salmon again. I highly recommend Neighborhood Bento.
It's definitely worth noting that the staff were cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional. I will definitely come here again.“

“If someone (including non-Koreans) asks me, I can easily say this is hands down one of the best Korean cuisines in Southern California.

They serve authentic Korean foods that anyone can enjoy.
Not too spicy, nor MSG after- taste, simply delicious 😋.

You can't go wrong with anything they offer on the menu, even to complimentary side dishes. Seafood pancake is something I always order to go when I treat guests at home.

It's not fancy looking from outside (which is why I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere), but the owner, who's very friendly on the phone, makes you feel completely at home while dining in there.

“This pizza is Detroit style, I was unfamiliar. It's sort of like Chicago style but the sauce isn't on top. This place was a nice surprise. The pizza was really tasty and a good size for 3 adults. This is a ghost kitchen inside John's incredible. Pick up is on the back side, away from La Palma.“

“We didn't take advantage of the BOGO deal, but should have! The food was fresh and fast, yummy! My friend said the pho broth definitely tasted different from other pho places he has had, had more depth of flavor and umami. He said made his top three! Salted coffee was strong and delicious, not for the faint of heart. Will definitely try the BOGO deal next time I'm in town!“

“I had the best birthday dinner at Lalc! I had the Giant Sandwich loaded with Andouille sausage, brisket and pulled pork over slaw on a Ciabatta roll! It was soooo big I could only eat half! The Brussels spouts were amazing and the 5 cheese Mac and Cheese was the best we have ever had! 5 Star!!!! I must try!!!“

“First time here got the dirty was blown away they cook the burger from my dog Gizmo he ate it all he's only 12 lbs only downside now is I guess they're allowing takeout. Michael our server came out and created us, by saying it was so nice to see you here again. Michael remember our drink order and promtly brought it out to us. The job Michael did from start to finish was amazing. From getting our order out on time and the desert was perfect for my granddaughter Breanna and my wife's as well. Always asking if everything came out right and if we needed anything else. What a perfect evening and servers like Michael make us want to eat here often. “We stopped in from Ohio and ate, and it was the best chicken parm we have ever had. We got the chicken parmesian poutine and the Philly cheese steak sandwich and split it, and there was more than enough for two people. I would definately return here.“

“Been here twice and tried a number of dishes. The parking lot is a little sketch sometimes but the service is always great. They some specialty dishes that I don't see everywhere and I love they open early. Vietnamese breakfast, yes please. Every dish I've had taste a lot cleaner/healthier than the other places in OC. This used to be a coffee shop and they swapped to just restaurant because their food was being raved about. I'm a fan.“

“I ordered the flatiron steak, cooked medium with spinach and the red mashed potatoes and how salad. The steak came out perfect, the service was excellent. I was there on a monday, happy hour on my way home, stopping to get something to eat so the place wasn't too busy. Either way, the food was top-notch way better than Outback or black Angus steakhouse.. I ordered dessert also, so I spent a little bit more money than normal. But you could get out of there for thirty to forty dollars per person. Easy“

“The food never fails. The Pho is done right and we always order the 2 rib bone soup which is simmered for 4 hours. But with this visit, we tried the oxtail soup which was simmered for 10 hours. We always get the garlic fries. We also ordered crispy chicken in medium heat and chicken wings in the garlic parmesan flavor. All good and it didn’t disappoint at all. This place is open til 1:30am, this is our go to late night eats which doesn’t happen too often. This place is cute with a potted tree in the middle and decorated well. The evening we were there, we weren’t only ones eating, the mosquitos were eating us, the reason I gave the atmosphere a 4 star. Aside from that, this place is a go-to. There’s always a line.“

Got their bossam and a beef stew. Got the smallest bossam. These two dishes was enough for four adults. So ample portion size. Purple rice was also really tasty. Everything was pretty good, bossam especially. Would say the banchan were just ok tho.

Overall a solid place for some stews and bossam.“

“Complex, authentic Korean flavors made with traditional p ingredients. A humble porridge could become a pleasantly enjoyable experience. I ordered bulnakji porridge today and instead of using ground beef or cheap meat, they used a good quality meat and then they sautéed the marinated bulgogi in butter. mmm. Chives/buchu they used were fresh and green. So was the octopus. Often times you taste the fishiness but this octopus or nakji had a very clean flavor. The venue and the food they served were very clean. I highly recommend this place.“

“I like the big portion of this restaurant. I went 2 people so we ordered 2 dishes. We tried: 1. Pork Back Bone Stew: very huge portion. The meat is soft and you can feel the broth has been well cooked that gives you the sweet and rich taste. 2. Stir Fried Squid (because I love squid!): very good. This dish can be eaten with rice (if you want to be full) or will paired good with a taste of Soju. The portions are big so don't over ordering or you will have some food to go. The food is a little plaint and there's salt to add (if you are a salty food fan) to assure you don't leave the broth behind. You will feel healthy as you leave the place. Will be great to have for hangover or when you are sick. I went on a weekend night for dinner and the restaurant was a little quiet. I think this place is most suitable for lunch. I would definitely come back to try their other stews and pork belly!“

“We had reservations @ 6pm and arrived a few minutes early. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy we were seated within about 10 minutes of our arrival. Our server(s) were attentive and our food and drinks arrived quickly. I had the chicken pot pie and my wife had the beef dip sandwich. Both were quite good. We dine at Lazy Dog (various locations) fairly often since they offer a good variety and reasonable prices for food & drinks. The only challenge at the Cerritos location is that is connected to the mall so parking can at times be a bit challenging.“
