The Yuksoo Bulgogi is SO good with a perfect flavor—not too sweet or too salty. Their signature Seng Bulgogi and Beef Tartare are a must try. The broth bulgogi is flavorful and juicy with their house broth. Other stars include the squid hot stone bibimbap and the comforting kimchee stew. For noodles, try Kalgooksu jungle, which is cooked on the table with lots of mushrooms and veggies. Once done, the server makes porridge from the stew. The cold noodles are refreshing with a unique chewy texture, made in-house. All banchan is perfectly seasoned. The service is amazing, friendly, warm, and attentive.
