Friday 8/14/26 Lunch at The Noodle. Ordered a custom dish that is not listed on the extensive menu; shredded pork with bean sprouts chow fun wet style. This is an old time favorite Hong Kong style. Delicious and filling! The menu has extensive dishes where you can come back numerous times to try new dishes. It’s authentic Hong Kong style/Southern China foods. Lots of great dishes with their wok he (charred) flavors and savory soup base.

The Noodle麵麵店 offers a range of dishes, including excellent Won Ton/Noodles, very good Chicken w/vegetables and beef chow fun, and delicious 貴妃 chicken with sweet steam rice. It is the best value for Chinese breakfast and afternoon tea in the area. The restaurant is a favorite among locals, with many customers returning for its flavorful meals, including a popular clear noodle soup. They make the best Yutiao, and it is always crispy and fresh. Their congee is also super delicious. The fish with stir fried veggies and the eggplant dish are amazing. The food has good portion, is not oily and tasty, offering a bang for your buck.
