Nicole was the sweetest! I felt like an idiot because I was having trouble opening the ranch packets, so I went up to the counter and asked her for help. She had the biggest smile and had no problem helping me with this. Even though I had the packets with me at the counter, she walked with me back to my table, opened them for me there and placed them on my table for me. It was so sweet! I felt so dumb for asking for help with that “issue” but she made me feel better...read full review
