Dearest Starbucks - First it would be great if you would list the lobby and drive thru hours in your app, so that people like myself who are claustrophobic and aren’t able to sit in a long, stalled drive thru label at least know what stores we can and cannot visit at certain times of the day.
Second, when you post your lobby hours as closing at 11pm, then your lobby should be open until then. If you want to modify your lobby hours then you should also modify the hours...read full review
