I waited a long time and its normal i get it. But not when my order was confused with a different one and i almost got charged 3xs more. And to know my order was not pushed thru… ? (One simple Iced lavender cream matcha). After waiting soo long, I wanted a straw, no straw . And the lid on the cup cheap..and flimsy it came off after my second sip spilled all over my shirt.. starbucks are messing up…. Not going there anymore…

They didn’t bother to put a drink stopper on the opening to the hot drink not only did I seriously burn my hand but I also ended up dropping the drink because it burned from the lid not being sealed right.

I want to give a shout and show much appreciation to the whole team! I've been coming here for years, and the team is amazing! Working as certified pharmacy technician across the street at Walmart I've have had some days and nights. 12-hour shifts, early days, long nights, the thoughtfulness from the team is great! Hi, today I was helped by the manager on duty named Malva. He was great. I had an issue with a previous order, which he was able to address and correct. I feel very thankful. Great manager on duty.

Starbucks is such a standard in my American life. How sad that their general rating is 2.5 stars on Yelp. I was today years old when I asked for hot sauce at Starbucks. They gave me a packet of "sriracha", which just tasted like sweet chili sauce. It wasn't even the least spicy. No kick. Grateful for mobile orders.
