#LGBT Friendly. #Diverse Crew
Need more staff on Sundays. Just one person doing everything: customer waiting at the table, me waiting on my online irder for 10 minutes, another customer waiting in line.
Food was good but a few things wrong , the ac is busted it is so hot inside the restaurant they have their front doors open and its still unbearable , I can only imagine how the poor cooks are feeling in the back, the other thing , no one is available to take your order only a kiosk and if the kiosk ai robot is being stupid and messing up you can't find an employee to help you . Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a new fish sandwich that is good but not extraordinary. The restaurant's decor changes are pleasant, but there have been issues with running out of fries and biscuits during some visits. The spicy strips might not always be as spicy as expected. Customers mention that the food is average for a Popeyes and that the place is usually filled with students from the local high school, who can sometimes be annoying. Staff members work hard during busy times, but the restaurant is often understaffed, leading to long wait times and food taking a while to be served. Customers have also noted that the restaurant is always warm due to sunlight shining in, and some have raised concerns about the location and lack of restrooms. Payment with EBT can be confusing, as signs are only visible on the window facing the street, which caused some customers to leave without their biscuits or to get frustrated. Additionally, there is no drive-thru, despite advertisements suggesting otherwise, so customers often have to wait inside for nearly an hour. Overall, the hot meals are satisfying, and the service is generally friendly and helpful, but the wait times and confusing payment process can be frustrating.
