The people are very friendly and professional.Very clean and they do take the time to talk to you if you need help.
Extremely slow and rude service. They will lie and tell you that the kitchen is working on the order you called in and yet they take 20 minutes, when you could’ve just walked in and had them make it for you in 90 seconds but no, because it was called in you must be put in line with the call in orders. About 2 people touched my bowl; one had gloves.. the other didn't. To top it off .. they gave me a free bag of stale chips.. guess I'll stick to my neighborhood Chipotle. SANTA ANA IS THE BEST. thank you. Peace
