We just ate the best burgers of all the McDonald's weve been to in traveling. the receptionist was fabulous, Adriana??. It was clean even bathrooms. A++++ Thank you!
The McDonald’s App didn’t make sense , that was the reason I made an account to see what’s the deal as I go and yeah next time.
This McDonald’s is my favorite!!! 🍟❤ I really love their customer service. I wanted to ask for the name of the server today because she really made my day! I’ll definitely be going back again. Actually, this is pretty much the only McDonald’s I go to! 🤣
I think she is a manager 💚

McDonald's offers a clean environment with good service. The indoor play area is perfect for toddlers. However, some customers have reported issues with their orders, including missing items and less friendly service. Beverage prices may vary, with an extra charge for Iced tea. The Seal Beach location has had mixed reviews, with some praising the friendly, well-groomed staff for ensuring accurate orders, while others have experienced problems with their meals, such as a bad sauce on the quarter pounder. Despite these concerns, many still find McDonald's to be a great fast food option. The deluxe McCrispy sandwich was highlighted as tasty, though it can be messy, suggesting a wrap for easier eating. Overall, this McDonald's maintains a standard that others strive to meet, but there are areas for improvement in service and order accuracy.
