I always get the double chicken salad Add double black beans and it does my body right... Now my boys love it and I eat it daily and don't get tired of it... Good service great food

El Pollo Loco is a restaurant that provides a great experience with clean inside and outside areas. The workers are nice and helpful, offering great customer service. Orders are taken promptly and the food is always delicious and fresh. The staff at the restaurant are generally accommodating and treat customers well, with some staff members, like the cashier, doing a great job in getting orders in and making sure they are correct. Despite some minor issues with communication and charging for extra items like cilantro salsa, the staff are focused on preparing meals and providing excellent customer service.
