Always super clean inside and outside area.The workers at this location are always very nice and helpful. Great customer service.Our order is always taken right away and worked on quickly. Food is always delicious and fresh.
I love Pollo loco but since they have a call out name and number syatem it's really hard for to hear your name over the music it was really kind of loud maybe they should move the speaker further towards the cooking area because there's a big line around the soda machine in order to hear your name but the service was good cashier was nice.

Usually a Great experience, However today an employee assumed I wasn't bilingual, and I am, i asked for extra sauce and I guess he didn't hear me so he didn't charge or give me an extra sauce. When I asked for another cilantro sauce, the manager asked me if I asked him and if he charged. He Did NOT!
