I ordered food through the website and I got a text that my Doordash driver was en route so I am waiting outside for my food. When I went to check the status it said the order was completed. I called the very rude driver and he told me to call the store and that he dropped it off at the address they gave him. I called the restaurant and the woman coldly told me that once it leaves the store it's not their problem anymore and I had to call Doordash. I ordered the food through El Pollo they chose Doordash to deliver it and it should be their problem to fix. Where was the customer service? It was nowhere and now I have to contest this transaction. This is the second time I ordered food through the website and they screwed it up. I will not be returning to El Pollo because they lack customer service.

I purchased a chicken avacado burrito via Uber eats. It was horribly salty and it just tasted awful. I'm very disappointed what a waste of money and now my dinner is ruined.
