It was an amazing ambiance! We got hit with the coffee aroma as soon as we open the door. They test batch their coffee on test tube and made the perfect batch of espresso with deep flavor! The people were so helpful and amazing team!
Had a floral, fruity iced Ethiopian washed pour over done on a plastic Hario switch with a three-pour recipe. It could have been a tad stronger with an immersion first. Just missing the wooden plate and serving carafe and cup in any good cafe in Asia. It’s busy LA after all. There’s WiFi but didn’t see the info posted anywhere.
