Excellent veggie samosas, Habshi halwa was amazing and the chai was good. Most Indian sweet shops add way too much sugar to their desserts but I’m happy to report that the Habshi had just the right degree of sweetness. Unfortunately, like much of Artesia, I did not feel entirely comfortable with the cleanliness of the entrance and seating area.
One of those places that Jonathan Gold would have on his list of recommendations. The samosas are the best that I’ve had in SoCal—and the sweets and chai tea make a fantastic blend of savory, sweet, and spice. Singh the owner, is gracious and charitable—he kept the doors open for me past closing time and gave me a complimentary hot chai tea for the drive home. It was a great experience of service.Parking: Easy parking in the strip mall.

Oh .. if you are looking for authentic Indian taste and flavour than this is the right place to visit. One must try their kulfi and faluda its too good, they also got variety of chat and paan
