“All the meats are so fresh, I love beef tongue the most. As some comments suggested, don't cook too long so I cooked majority of those as medium rare, which tastes really good. Service is also good, they always gave big smile. Not like some other bbq restaurants, there is no smoke, it's like high level Japanese bbq restaurants. For sure I'll come back!“
“From the start Cailyn was super helpful, incredible customer service. As a family that smokes at home we had high expectations to which they did not disappoint!Dino rib, brisket and Mac n Cheese were exceptional! The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was clean, although they didn't have waiters, the staff was helpful.Thank you Cailyn and the awesome guy with the cute hat for all your help! :)Definitely we're returning!“
“First time coming here, we ordered the kimchi fried rice, beef galbi plate, and grilled shrimp plate - it was all soo delicious! Probably the best kimchi fried rice I've ever had, and it had an overeasy egg! I got it to go but it was quick and made fresh. Will definitely be back!“
“We came across this place on Yelp and let me just say we really enjoyed this kbbq! We've been to quite a few, but this has made it to the top of our list! The variety, and the semi buffet is greattttt! We usually don't like bulgogi from past experiences but they have a Hawaiian marinated bulgogi and it is amazing !!! We will forsure be returning, they also have a ramen option for a soup ... we'll definitely be back for that one! The service was great, they constantly came for a grill change and definitely helps out so we weren't constantly asking for one! 1000/10 recommend !“
“We tried the diamond set. The meat quality of the 1st round was really good. But the quality of a5 wagyu was not as good after the 1st round. Sweet shrimp was not that fresh, and the steam egg portion was too big. The wagyu sandwich was not good at all and way too dried. Overall, it was a great experience.“
“What can be said. In all my years on God's green Earth I have NEVER had a more satisfying Thanksgiving dinner. I haven't enough superlatives to describe this experience. I swear, if I were a Michelin restaurant reviewer I would make damn sure this place got a star! It was that good. Not a single person could stay quiet about the taste of this food throughout the whole meal. The most moist succulent turkey was the star of the show. The brown gravey, a holy annointing sauce . If you are looking to more than impress, most assuredly you WILL! From the corn, to the stuffing, to the green bean salad, to the best cranberry sauce to ever bless every last item on the plate, just how did it complement EVERY LAST THING it touched is a miracle too me. And don't even get me started on the price. It could have been much more and it would still be a bargain. I swear I am guarding my left overs with jealous eyes doling them out to make them last. And the portions, they were plenty so even though the trays were hit HARD there was some left. Christmas is coming, you can bet your butt this feast will grace my table again. I'll likely even buy a second meal to freeze or reprise this food symphony again a few days later!“
“This is my first time here. Through a simple search, I realized that the AYCE price here is very competitive. Honestly, from the quality and selection of ingredients provided, to the ready-to-eat deli and side dishes sections, to the fruits and ice cream, everything is worth the money you pay. Plus, our server AJ is helpful and attentive. If you are nearby or time allowed, it is worth coming here to enjoy KBBQ. There is no reason not to recommend KBBQ at this price!“
“This was my first time eating here, and I wasn't sure what to order. They let me sample the chicken and the beef birria. It was very good. The meat is tender and they have great prices. When your in town, stop here, you will be happy that you did.Vegetarian options: Beans, rice and they serve ramen. You can customize and leave the meat out if you want. Taco, burrito, and quesadilla You can put avocado beans and rice and cheese.“
“Not AYCE but lots of side dishes including cheese corn, poached eggs, another egg dish, bean paste soup or kimchi stew. Very good and attentive service and excellent staff. The unmarinated beef was the best. The chadol was a little tough. But the rice paper, pickled radish, dipping sauce, and salad made the meal delicious.“
“Love Thai and the drunken noodles are my favorite specially spicy with shrimpAnd #4 season wow I drove from lemoore that’s 4 hours away this place is worthy of it and it has a tv where u can watch family feud and eat at the same timeWheelchair accessibility: It has handicap parking and wheelchair accessible I’m disabled I have a prosthetic leg and the walk from parking to front door is not far at all“
“It's been a while since I visited Yakiya, but the memories of that fantastic dining experience still linger. From the moment we arrived, we were promptly seated, a testament to their efficiency. I was particularly impressed with how quickly the staff ensured tables were cleaned between plates. The kitchen team deserves special mention too, as they kept the scrumptious dishes coming without any unnecessary delay. The star of the evening was, of course, the meat. Each cut was not only delicious but also richly flavored, a testament to their meticulous preparation. The presentation was nothing short of artistic, a feast for the eyes as much as for the palate. While the essence of the dishes was deeply rooted in Japanese culinary traditions, I was pleasantly surprised by the subtle touches of Korean fusion in some. It added an unexpected, yet delightful twist.“
“Our first time here! Although food was delicious I have to start with our server, Tommy, Asian server, he was super! Friendly, fast, kept checking on us, & he was so busy! The food, amazing! Sides are delicious, and meats outstanding! Will definitely come back! Oh, and 2 ladies that were in the front were so friendly & helpful!! So glad we found this place!“
“King Chang left an indelible mark with its exceptional service and culinary prowess. The dedication to customer satisfaction was evident from the moment we stepped in, even amidst the Saturday night rush. The servers went above and beyond, exhibiting attentiveness and kindness that elevated the entire dining experience. It's rare to find such a perfect balance of efficiency and warmth. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the large intestines, surpassing the small ones in both flavor and texture. The meticulous preparation showcased a culinary expertise that set King Chang apart. Each bite was a journey through rich and savory notes, leaving an undeniable impression. The smaller combo, designed for 2 to 3 people, proved to be ample, catering to varying appetites. The variety of Korean side dishes provided a delightful symphony of flavors, and the soybean paste stood out as a star among stars. Its depth of flavor added a distinctive touch to the meal. As a connoisseur of Korean cuisine, I can confidently say that King Chang serves the best intestines in town, a true gastronomic delight. I eagerly anticipate my return to savor more culinary treasures from their menu and to bask in the warmth of their impeccable service. King Chang is undoubtedly a gem in the realm of Korean dining, deserving of accolades for its outstanding offerings and commitment to culinary excellence.“
“Incredible soft tofu soup that you can make as spicy as you'd like. A combo deal and extra side of rice was enough to feed 2 for under 40 dollars (got the spicy pork and the beef+seafood tofu soup). Good banchan = good Korean restaurant. All the staff was very friendly and attentive even on a busy new years eve night. I will be back for more.“
“Really enjoyed this restaurant! It had big portions, great service and fantastic food! Got their garlic chicken and it did not disappoint!! Took about 10 minutes from ordering to getting our food. Lots of outdoor seating but it’s still very nice and they bring their food to you. Would definitely go back!“
“Small, authentic Korean restaurant located in the corner of a moderate-sized plaza next to Island Tan and Izakaya Takasei. They don't have a lot of parking right in front of their restaurant but there's ample parking available in the adjoining lots.Service was relatively quick and friendly and their banchan (small side dishes like kimchi, fish cakes, bean sprouts, etc) were delicious with free refills. Thought their prices were on the higher end but I'm glad that atleast their portions are good. Was also surprised that they do not offer any alcoholic beverages here! Was totally craving a nice beer to pair with my bibimbap!“
“Great service every single time. Long wait but if you plan ahead you can walk around Costco in the same parking lot while you wait. No online check in for waitlist access, you have to put your name in when you arrive. Wait times can be up to 3 hours. The food is top tier, meat is higher quality than most other kbbq spots. Never waiting for food too long and servers are always checking in even if they’re working a different section.Parking: Shares a lot with Costco and other businesses so during peak Costco hours, parking is harder to find close to the restaurant doors. Further parking is always available.“
“What a lovely quaint Thai restaurant I stumbled upon. I was in the area for a delivery and stopped in to have some lunch. It was very peaceful in there, the staff were friendly. I ordered the glass noodle soup and it was very flavorful, not to mention only $8! They also give you a generous amount of chicken in the soup which is always a plus. Overall great experience.“
“I love this place so much!!! The noodles are so good and fresh. I love the soup, although slightly oily. The skewers are tasty!! Perfectly cooked and well seasoned. There was no wait and the servers were extremely friendly. I will definitely be back!“
“I loved this place! The service was so good! The man at the counter was super kind and he was really helpful. The food was good but was soggy and I thought it could be better. I loved how the roomed looked and it was pretty chill. You should definitely come here!“
“This place used to be all you can eat. Now, they have an assembly line system. Much more efficient as a business and I'm sure it's saved them alot of money. The food is always consistent. The portion they give you is more than enough to eat. I got the lunch special with an egg roll and a beverage for just about 20 dollars. It's a great deal. ? I got the noodles, broccoli, beef, and chicken. Very good and filling. They always check on you to make sure you are satisfied with the food and service. Will definitely continue coming here.“
“I have NO problems with this place. The only issue is I eat so much until I'm literally like a stuffed sausage. ??? my favorite KBBQ place to go to. You won't be disappointed✌???????Parking: The place gets packed, get there when it opens. It fills fast. ✌???“
“Great place for Thai food if you are in the area. They make flavorful and savory options with mix spice levels as requested. Staff is super friendly and clean restroom. Limited parking spots closeby in the complex.Vegetarian options: You can always substitute meat for veggies and or tofu.“
“I've never tried Lao food, especially their BBQ, but this is my third time driving from Arcadia to savor it. Every meat piece boasts a distinct blend of flavors, making it one of the finest Asian BBQ experiences. The sauce, in particular, captivates me with its rich taste. Without a doubt, it's the top restaurant at Rodeo 39!“
“I had an AMAZING experience here and it was mostly thanks to our amazing server, Caesar! He was so gentle and attentive, my korean parents were so so satisfied and happy with everything! He truly made our first time at M korean bbq an experience. We got the Large Beef combo and naengmyun, both were great' The great service itself made the price of this place so worth it. thanks again caesar!“
“We were in the area , and accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant. And it was no doubt an excellent decision. On the recommendation of the manager we tried tikka ribs and beef chapli kababs. They came with a side and salad. The beef chapli kabab came with rice as well. We were totally blown away with both of them. It was like a party for our taste buds . I mean this was the best food we had in a longggg time . The servers were friendly and the customer service was great. The meat was grass fed as well. And alhamdolilah everything was halal. I would definitely 100 percent come back here and would bring my friends and family too. It’s a gem! Highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: Halal“
“If you want a steak that is delicious and cooked right, this is the place to go. Steak sauce? A1? Lea and Perrins? No need, and you don't even think about sauce. The steaks stand on their own flavor. You can choose the size, temperature, and the level of doneness of your steak. All the side dish choices are great as well. Give Maderas a try and be hungry when you do.“
“This is my first time here. I ordered beef ribs, brisket, Mac 'n cheese, Mashed potatoes, and baked beans. All the food was delicious ? And those garlic/butter rolls are yummy ?. Service was great. Nice atmosphere. I'll be returning.“
“Chicken tenders: my husband and I agreed that they were the best chicken tenders we ever had ! So juicy and tender!!Corn cheese: a little too sweet and watery. But super cheesy!JR. wings: not battered and so savory!Food was 10/10 service was on point, what more can you ask for.“
“Ladies and gentlemen, the search for a good Loco Moco place is over. After a long, tumultuous search, and terrible stomach pains from other places, I have found the best Loco Moco in my area and that is Orange Hawaiian BBQ. Seriously, it's really good. I recommend it, ask that you try it, and thank me later. The small portion was good enough for me but man, I want to go back and order another to eat later. I will definitely come back again.“
“I had the brisket sandwich, and my wife had the iceberg wedge.I had the brisket at the suggestion of the cashier/waitress, and I was not disappointed. I can't remember eating a more tender brisket anywhere. I usually shy away from brisket when I eat out because it's usually tough, not very tender. I'm so glad I tried it.My wife had the iceberg wedge. It did not look like your typical wedge salad. This thing was like a boat of flavorful toppings. Bleu cheese crumbles, bacon bits, even the cherry tomatoes on it were good.I definitely recommend traveling here to eat, even if it's out of your way.“
“Plenty of parking and fast service as I didn't wait long for my food. The Nom Yen is something I don't see often in Thai restaurant so I knew I had to get it!! The drink was really good and creamy. I also got the teriyaki chicken which was surprisingly flavorful and the veggies were nice and soft. I tried my Mom's pad see ew which was pretty delicious as well. Great service and food overall!“
“The food was BOMB. I got the chicken and fries and it was so good dipped in their secret sauce. I had to ask for another sauce to go as well since there was so much inside one box. Theyre also the sweetest family. Definitely going back for more!!“
“I usually don't try full on meals at breweries but I'm so glad that I did. Pit & Bull is the best BBQ I've had in the area! I'm a Mac n Cheese girly so of course I ordered the Pit Mac with Beef Brisket on top. The meat was cooked perfectly and was smothered with a smoky BBQ sauce. My favorite part was the Mac n cheese tho! They use actual cheese and top it off with bread crumbs so there's a nice crunchy layer on top. I ordered a side of fries and was surprised by how good they actually are. They're crispy and taste like a less greasy version of McDonald's fries! The brewery gets extremely packed during the weekends but the workers are always very efficient and prompt. They get your food out within 15 minutes. The ambiance itself is really nice since it's inside the brewery. There's lots of seating, games, and even an outdoor patio with live music. Definitely will be back!“
“Wedding Catering: Five Stars all around for Steve’s BBQ!!Steve’s has always been our go-to date spot so when it came down to planning our wedding, they were our first choice for dinner. From start to finish the experience was hands down AMAZING!! Josh is so easy to work with and literally offered everything under the sun. He is very organized and takes detailed notes. My husband and I were also very surprised to learn that they were able to offer more than just BBQ items for the menu. Everything at our tasting was delicious!! It was hard to pin down our choices but once we did we knew we had something for everyone. Our menu was as follows…Appetizers: Bruschetta, Hot Links & the most delicious Crab Cakes you’ve ever had!!Dinner: Baby Back Ribs, Chicken, Mac & Cheese (a total no brainer since it’s our favorite), Collard Greens & dinner rolls. They also provided a BBQ style veggie option for a friend of ours. She said portobello mushroom never tasted so good!Steve’s BBQ was a full service operation, they provided the disposable plates and rolled flatware. Offered tray pass service for cocktail hour and even bussed after dinner. My wedding planner had nothing but positive feedback to provide as well.Overall, my husband and I are so happy we were able to have Josh, Eric and the Steve’s BBQ team as part of our special day. This restaurant already held a special place in our hearts but now it’s forever part of our love story. THANK YOU STEVE’S BBQ!! WE LOVE YOU!!“
“Nice little location in the food court, I ordered the bulgogi rice bowl, and it was really good! A little pricey but they do give plenty of food, you won't leave hungry! Will come again when I'm in the area and try something else.“
“Chose this place without expectation after hours of play time at Kid's Empire, an indoor playground nearby. We were tired and hungry and ready to grub. Guess what? THE FOOD WAS BOMB!!!My son and I shared the CHICKEN COMBO -Chicken Katsu and Chicken Teriyaki with rice and macaroni salad. Huge portion. Chicken was cooked perfectly and Mac salad was on point! I'd order it again. My husband enjoyed his SEAFOOD PLATTER -Fried Shrimp, fried fish with rice mac salad. Huge portion too. They also had boba drinks. We tried the mango slush with Boba and was a little sweet for my liking but still good.Customer service was great! The young girl who took out order was nice and helpful and the older lady who maybe the owner was really nice and offered us water and check on us making sure we were okay. Will be back if we are in the area.“
“Don't let the outside fool you! This place is authentic and they have a great menu. We've been coming to Pho Lili for 2 ish year now. Their Pho broth is great and they have added new things to their menu. The owners are always kind and the service is always great. I've made it my mission to try as many Bahn Mi's and they do have one of the best! Please try their BBQ Pork Bahn Mi or spring rolls. Their BBQ pork is truly one of the best. Ambiance it's not the best, but I'm certain you won't be disappointed with the food. And at the end of the day is about the food and cleanliness and Pho Lili has both! Give them a try and support this business!“
“This place is so good.Food: the food selection is chef's kiss. The glass meat cuts are generous and the quality of the meats are very good. They have a good selection of side dishes but one thing I always look for is the steam egg...and they have it!Price: The price is unbeatable for the quality cuts that we get to eat. We paid $27.99/person for the A&B menu.Service: We arrived a little after they opened so there was no waiting time and the waiters were super attentive.Dessert: Their ice cream is so good. It's taste just like Chick-fil-A's ice cream.Con: the only cone is that their tongs and scissors could be replaced with newer ones. The scissor was very dull and couldn't cut the meat nicely. The tongs were stretched opened or not align so it was hard to get a good clamp on the meat.Overall, we still love it!“
“This place is SO good! Listen, I'm personally a bone-in wing gal and usually ignore tenders... But the seasoning on these tendies is so so so good, I jokingly asked if they sold the seasoning, which to my surprise, they did! (Best bet I got some to go!?) The dips are good, the Jaxon Cajun was my personal favorite - spicy but not too spicy, just right. My partner got the scorpion pepper dipping sauce and it was SPICY! He loved it and also bought a bottle of it to take home.Aside from the amazing food, they have really great beers on tap. We had a few west coast IPAs and Hazy IPAs and they did not disappoint. The guys who run the brewery side were so kind and generous with the samples.Overall the service was just fantastic and the great food only made the experience that much better. 11/10 recommend and we will be coming back for sure.Edit: I went 3/3/24 around 2:30/3pm- shout out to the amazing staff!!I got spicy tenders and they were just right for spicy lovers. My partner got the Hot tenders and they were spicy to his liking as an avid super spicy food eater.“
“This place was recommended to us for their jalapeño cornbread but the food is also delicious. We went here for lunch and got the brisket and rib plate which came with bread and potato salad that we decided to share. We also ordered the cornbread which is tasty and not too spicy. The place itself is not fancy and about average when it comes to the price.“
“Went here with family friends to hang out. The parking was very easy to find, and we got a good parking spot. When we entered, we were greeted and told to take a seat. The wait was very short, and in a matter of minutes our group of 6 was able to be comfortably seated. There was free eggs and cheese corn that was warmed up when cooking the meat. The place was bright and wonderful, reflecting a shining city. There was a person avaliable to serve us and grill the meat. Ended up full and happy. Best kb I've had in years.“
“Sakura Grill is a fantastic spot that deserves a solid 4 stars! What really stood out to me was the generous portions they offer. I mean, we're talking large portions here - especially their mouthwatering fried rice and perfectly grilled proteins paired with a variety of veggies. The unassuming location with street parking might throw you off, but don't let that deter you. This place is a hidden gem in El Monte. Plus, they're in the process of revamping their menu, so there are even more exciting things to look forward to. If you're craving a delicious meal that won't leave you hungry, Sakura Grill is the place to be.“
“I love the concept and simplicity of this new eatery. You choose between a regular (1x base, 1x meat, 1x side) or a large (2x base, 2x meat, and 2 sides). Prices are good especially for what you get. I opted for a large just to try a few different things. I got fried rice and veggies, spicy pork bulgogi and beef bulgogi and kimchi/ potato salad. -Sides and bases were good and as expected. I actually appreciate they threw in tofu with the veggie option. -The meats were hefty! Unfortunately a little bland. I think the spicy pork could have been spicier. I didn't really even notice spice in it... more a sweetness? I think they can improve a little on the flavors if I had to write something negative. Overall not too bad. It's easy, fast, affordable, and filling. Maybe some improvement on flavor but I would come again.“
“We were craving BBQ and decided to try this place after driving by so many times. BEST DECISION EVER! They were out of brisket so we ordered pulled pork and ribs with mac and cheese, baked beans, bbq rubbed fries, pretzel bites, and cornbread. Everything was SO good. They even had blueberry bbq sauce and mustard habanero bbq sauce (WHAT?!). Highly recommend the pretzel bites. It's has the perfect bite but moist in the center and comes with the most delicious cheese sauce. Definitely will be back!“
“WALKED IN HERE FOR LUNCH WITH A FEW COWORKERS FOR THE FIRST TIME. WE WERE GREETED THE MINUTE WE WALKED IN. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THE FOOD WAS AWSOME ALL MY COWORKERS INCLUDING MYSELF ATE EVERYTHING OFF OUR PLATES. ? WE WILL BE BACK TO TRY THERE DAILY DRINK SPECIALS ?“
“Fantastic Korean BBQ. Price was excellent and the food was top shelf. The surprise of the night was the quality of the sushi which was an afterthought when we ordered but ended up being a tasty alternative to the white rice. Service was quick and attentive both for the food and changing of the grill. Would highly recommend. Only knock is that it was a bit a bit Smokey inside and it didn’t appear the exhaust fans were working as hard as the grills. Almost forgot the Steamed egg was about the best one I’ve ever had.“
“We went today for their Grand Opening. The restaurant is clean. The Owner (Carmela), the one who got our order(Bianca), and all the staff are friendly. We got Baked bangus, Beef ribs, Tuna Belly, and Liempo. All tastes delicious. Bibingkinitan is very good, its still moist even when you reheat it on the microwave. Don't forget to get WOWTAHO! Tastes exactly like philippines. The Best Taho in SOCAL.“
“Bought a tray of meat for Christmas Eve dinner. Super good and will definitely be buying again for the next family gathering. A lot of the reviews say they are pricey but for a small business I think it was fairly priced. Would rather give our money supporting small businesses than catering Lucille’s or other big companies.“
“Their iconic menu, grilled pork, was overcooked. However, everything else was good, especially the dong-chi-mi cold noodle. The servers were pretty friendly, and the atmosphere inside was great. I would love to come back try for different menu.“
