Since this is considered as a popular spot, there was a bit of a wait time, but we were able to get a table quickly. The options on the menu were abundant, and we opted to having BBQ premium combo A. Our waitress was very accommodating to our needs especially since we had a child come with us. She would regularly check on us and grill the meat to perfection. I couldn't ask for a more perfect experience than the one I had today, and I highly recommend anyone to come and try this restaurant for a great Korean BBQ experience.

My recommendation is getting the Marianted Beef short ribs and Dong-chi-mi noodles (cold noodles). Both of the foods complimented each other for a mix of hot, cold, savory, and refreshing taste.“

I appreciate that the consome came with garbanzos and rice,honestly best ive ever tasted. Also tried their cucumber limeade, excellent perfect pairing. “Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. “Had the best food at Smoke Queen Barbecue: the tri tip, chicken, sausage, ribs, and delicious sides were all fall off the bone fantastic. Try the sesame slaw with spicy cucumbers, macaroni and cheese and fries. We loved the banana pudding, bread pudding, beers on tap, all with a great smile and playground to enjoy with our family. The waitress brought out an extra sauce for my Cheung fun without me asking. They were very attentive. Restaurant was also really clean. “Today I went to rodeo 39 in Garden Grove with some friends and I stumbled across Kra Z Kai's. It was my second time trying Laos barbecue. This place is a hidden gem for sure. Everything was the delicious. The ribs were marinated for 24 hours. The barbecue pork and the chicken were all marinated in the same sauce. The owner told me the service was fast and this whole ambience was nice some of the best food I've had in a long time next time I'm going to Garden Grove. I will come here again.“

They also have a mild and spicy version (mala) and a none spicy for all levels of enjoyment. The spicy sliced potato, corn cheese and enoki mushrooms were great. Their Sapporo pitcher special for $10 was also a great deal.

Overall the meat and marinade was great and the special items such as chicken heart and pork skin was crispy and good. The service was decent if you waived the staff down. We got all our orders in a timely manner. The vibe is kind of loud but enjoyable time with friends and family. Bring a shirt you don't care to smell as the cooking will stick onto your clothes.“
