This place used to be all you can eat. Now, they have an assembly line system. Much more efficient as a business and I'm sure it's saved them alot of money. The food is always consistent. The first time to go here and try the system to get fresh cooked food in Mongolian cuisine. Friendly service is no longer all you can eat, but the staff will fill one bowl with your choice of meat, or some of all three meats. I have loved this place for 20 years. While some things have changed, it’s still the great quality & delicious wok I remember from my first time.
