And the macaroni salad slaps, I usually order a small side of it, which comes in a small deli sized container. To my surprise yesterday, I was given this (see photo), only a tiny sauce container full. I know shrinkflation is real, but really?!?! I'm hoping the employee made a mistake because paying $4 for 4 bites of macaroni salad is ridiculous.“

The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. “Had the best food at Smoke Queen Barbecue: the tri tip, chicken, sausage, ribs, and delicious sides were all fall off the bone fantastic. Try the sesame slaw with spicy cucumbers, macaroni and cheese and fries. We loved the banana pudding, bread pudding, beers on tap, all with a great smile and playground to enjoy with our family. If you haven’t tried Smoke Queen Barbecue, you are missing out. So scrumptious!“

“We’ve been here four times now, which is probably the best compliment I can give. When Mo Ran Gak is at its best, it’s one of my favorite Korean restaurants in Southern California. When it’s off, the inconsistency keeps it from being a five star experience.

The first visit was outstanding. The galbi was perfectly seasoned, not overly sweet, not overly salty, with great caramelization and tenderness. The naengmyeon was exactly what you hope for. Icy cold with crunchy ice still floating in the broth, crisp vegetables and incredibly refreshing.

The second visit was a completely different experience. The galbi was noticeably drier and under seasoned and the naengmyeon arrived only slightly cold. The ice had already melted, which takes away one of the best parts of great naengmyeon. The slices of beef that come with the noodles have also been consistently dry. That may be traditional, but it’s never been the highlight of the dish.

The service is probably the weakest part of the restaurant. Nobody has ever been outright rude, but it’s difficult to get someone’s attention and the staff generally feels indifferent. You can tell they’re busy, but hospitality often feels like an afterthought. I’d probably rate the service around a 3 out of 5.

The restaurant itself is older but clean, with a comfortable atmosphere and moderate noise. Parking can be frustrating and there’s usually a wait, but that’s expected for a popular spot.

One thing I really enjoy is the complimentary crispy pancake they bring out. Honestly, I’d happily eat an entire plate of it. The banchan are solid overall, though fairly average.

Despite the inconsistency, I still think this is some of the best naengmyeon and especially bibim naengmyeon you’ll find in the Los Angeles area. That’s why we keep coming back. I just hope they can deliver the same level of quality every visit because when they do, it’s genuinely excellent.“

The owner told me the service was fast and this whole ambience was nice some of the best food I've had in a long time next time I'm going to Garden Grove. I will come here again.“

“I was in Diamond Bar for work and was craving Korean BBQ, so I decided to check out SEOUL BBQ after seeing all the great reviews. Let me tell you… this place did NOT disappoint!
If you can make it for lunch, their $24.99 AYCE lunch special is one of the best deals around. The banchan came out first, and everything was fresh and delicious, but the glass noodles were my favorite. I could’ve eaten those all day!
Then the meat started rolling out… game over. The prime rib, beef belly, and brisket were all fresh, tender, and packed with flavor. Add a little salt, throw it on the grill, and wowww… every bite was amazing.
We also ordered the kimchi fried rice, steamed egg, and spicy tofu soup, and every side dish hit the spot. The service was quick, the staff kept checking on us, and they never let the grill get too crowded.
