“The portions you receive from Louie's is absolutely amazing and the quality of their food has been amazing everytime I've bought food from them. My favorite combo is the two main entrees and all chow mein for the entrees I get the spicy orange chicken and the black pepper chicken and they're so tasty everytime. If you have tried this spot it's definitely worth it and the cost is quite low for the quality and quantity of food you receive.“

“Came in for lunch and we were the 1st customers. We sat down and viewed the menu. Waitress did not bring us tea and after 5 minutes I had to call her over to take our order. It was definitely different than my experience with my mom. The food was good, but not as good as my previous visit.“

“I ordered their new Spicy Orange Chicken Fries and they were good. Good flavor and good portions. Not too spicy for me so I asked for extra chili oil. I also ordered their house special chow mein XTRA spicy and this definitely was spicy. Both dishes were good in flavor for the price. The only bad is the wait time for the dishes. Since they're popular now, expect to wait 30-60 minutes so order ahead!“

“Mayra was our server and bar tender. It was the Monday following the Grand Prix so things were a bit slow as far as clientele. But that meant we got extra five-star service from Mayra.

We ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps and crispy green bean appetizers. We ordered a bottle of sparkling rose. And for dessert we had the banana spring rolls and an espresso martini.

The espresso Martini was not authentic but we asked ahead of ordering it and she made sure that she told us exactly what the ingredients were since they don't have an espresso machine.

Everything else was top-notch, but the service with a smile from Mayra made it such an enjoyable lunch for me and my friend, whom I hadn't seen in over a year.“

“just ordered food from China Gourmet in Signal Hill, Ca.. upon entering the restaurant a young man greeted me with a hello. He was pleasent and welcoming. He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! The pork was cooked just right, the chicken was extremely delicious and chow mein was actual chow mein and not Top Ramen noodles substitute. my friend who ordered the mushroom chicken and vegetables couldn't stop eating. I've been to numerous fast Chinese food places and none of them have been as good as this place with the quality of food and the amount given. the price was moderate in today's society of price gouging it was $27 and well worth it. if you enjoy Chinese food and really want to get a bang for your buck as well as and enjoyment of flavors in your mouth go to China Gourmet!“

“I order from No. 1 Chef often via Postmates. Something went wrong this time (not their fault, their computers were down), so my hubby and I took a quick trip to pick up our order. The lady was SOOOO nice and helpful over the phone. With that said, the food here is top notch! When I need comfort food, I get the egg flower soup and dumplings. The soup is ALWAYS hot and fresh and just feels like a hug. I've also ordered the egg fu yun, and trust this place is NOT stingy on the portions. Everything I've had has never disappointed. Fave dishes include the shrimp fried rice, garlic green beans ( yeah i don't even love green beans but they add salty garlicky crack here!) and the eggplant with garlic sauce with mushrooms and a dash of pork . The days of struggle. We used to get their deal buy 3 get 1 and we would eat it for a week. We just moved to California. We opened our clothing store and everything was tight budget. “Bellflower has a legit fast food chinese restaurant, the owner is very friendly and the pricing is great for what you get even in this economy. Combo C is basically two meals for me. Orange chicken, kung pao chicken, jalepeño chicken and bbq pork are my favorites. Beats panda express“

I have been to many Northern Cafes and have been looking forward to this one. I noticed most of the reviews were about dumplings and realized this one is more specialized for dumplings (boiled, pan-fried and steamed XLB varieties.

I was hoping for the noodle specialties like the one in Gardena (which is my favorite in the region, 10 min more drive for me).

We ordered:
- crab dumplings- steamed, XLB style, it was pretty good
- lamb dumplings- pan fried, it was ok, a little oily
- beef noodle soup- it was ok, they only served with thin noodles, we preferred other handmade varieties at the Gardena store

We also ordered the beef rolls to go, it looked exact like the ones shown on the poster, ha ha.

Overall, pretty good if you are hungry dumplings!“

“I normally would get egg Fu young for my mom. Lately they're over cooking and it's hard dry and barely any sauce is put on the fu young. They're rude whenever you call in to complain. To me they're dropping off on the quality of their food cooking since it's more Hispanic cooking your ordered. I'm going back to 103 rd where the food is much better. Instead of telling me to come back and correct my order they were so rude. I'll miss the meat egg rolls but food wise nope! They're about the same. Nothing changes except the quality in the food. I found a better spot down at 103rd St. Food is great“
