“Yesterday while working across the street I decided to try this place. Is pretty small with about 8 tables enough for 20 people or more and nough to enjoy breakfast or lunch. Now many people have food to go. Wide variety of options to choose from. I had teriyaki chicken with shrimp . The lady who was there is very friendly and my order came out very fast the price is super reasonable for the size of the meal and most importantly it was really tasty. Definitely have to go again if I'm nearby.“

“The price of a 2 entree plate with mein noodles and or fried rice is about 12$ this April 2025 and a soup can run for about the same but you can get the bowls which you can ask for 2 entrees will be 8$. This picture has mushrooms chicken in a mild brown sauce with carrots and squash zucchini. A quart eaten. And pink charsiu pork BBQ. Half eaten. It's one of the most dependably good feelings you can get in San Pedro. Comfort Chinese food at Louie's Number 2 Chinese Restaurant. Number 1 is in Wilmington.“

“Came in for lunch and we were the 1st customers. We sat down and viewed the menu. Waitress did not bring us tea and after 5 minutes I had to call her over to take our order. It was definitely different than my experience with my mom. The food was good, but not as good as my previous visit.“

“I've been coming to this place for a very long time and never took the time to give them a review. The food is very good, it is cooked to order and it comes out quickly & hot. “Mayra was our server and bar tender. It was the Monday following the Grand Prix so things were a bit slow as far as clientele. But that meant we got extra five-star service from Mayra.

We ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps and crispy green bean appetizers. We ordered a bottle of sparkling rose. And for dessert we had the banana spring rolls and an espresso martini.

The espresso Martini was not authentic but we asked ahead of ordering it and she made sure that she told us exactly what the ingredients were since they don't have an espresso machine.

Everything else was top-notch, but the service with a smile from Mayra made it such an enjoyable lunch for me and my friend, whom I hadn't seen in over a year.“

“just ordered food from China Gourmet in Signal Hill, Ca.. upon entering the restaurant a young man greeted me with a hello. He was pleasent and welcoming. He took my order of mushroom chicken, mixed vegetables and rice with a two order combo. I had BBQ pork, half and half and jalapeño chicken, with two drinks. Returned home and started to dive in! WOW IT WAS AMAZING! The pork was cooked just right, the chicken was extremely delicious and chow mein was actual chow mein and not Top Ramen noodles substitute. my friend who ordered the mushroom chicken and vegetables couldn't stop eating. I've been to numerous fast Chinese food places and none of them have been as good as this place with the quality of food and the amount given. the price was moderate in today's society of price gouging it was $27 and well worth it. if you enjoy Chinese food and really want to get a bang for your buck as well as and enjoyment of flavors in your mouth go to China Gourmet!“

“Ok so we used to lived down the street from here. Approximately 2014 to 2015. One of those places that I get this nostalgia feeling...before we had our kids and before we have what we have now. The days of struggle. We used to get their deal buy 3 get 1 and we would eat it for a week. We just moved to California. We opened our clothing store and everything was tight budget. But this place in more ways saved us. They have the best bbq chicken in town and their portions is massive still...12 years later. “I've had their Chow mein at friendsgiving and it was one of the best I've had. Just happened to be in the area and had to try some other entrees. Unfortunately the friend that brought it over took longer to reply on recommendations, but the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were delicious. I'll be coming back to try some of the pork I was eyeing and some other items that were recommended.

Overall a great place for authentic fast casual Chinese food that's very generous with their servings. I came in around 7PM and there was a line extending to the inside of the door.“

I have been to many Northern Cafes and have been looking forward to this one. I noticed most of the reviews were about dumplings and realized this one is more specialized for dumplings (boiled, pan-fried and steamed XLB varieties.

I was hoping for the noodle specialties like the one in Gardena (which is my favorite in the region, 10 min more drive for me).

We ordered:
- crab dumplings- steamed, XLB style, it was pretty good
- lamb dumplings- pan fried, it was ok, a little oily
- beef noodle soup- it was ok, they only served with thin noodles, we preferred other handmade varieties at the Gardena store

We also ordered the beef rolls to go, it looked exact like the ones shown on the poster, ha ha.

“Panda Bowl is the best chinese food for your dollar. Food is very affordable and delicious. My family has been coming here for years. Kung Pao chicken is my favorite. The owner lady is very nice too. I have used their catering service as well to host parties. The trays were scraped clean after an hour or so. Everyone complimented the food and wanted to know where I got it. This place is great!“

The army stew was such a cool dish.. ramen noodles, sausage, spam and all sorts of great ingredients in a delicious broth. The spicy pork with tofu was perfect.. not too spicy but great flavor. The sweet and tangy pork loin was friend perfectly and the sweet and tangy sauce is a must try.. it is perfectly balanced with very bold flavors. The chef came out to chat with us and gave us the history of the army stew which was quite interesting. The dining room is cozy and comfortable with plenty of seating. We have tried so many Korean restaurants in the South Bay and Atto stands out for incredible food and a unique experience. Very highly recommended.“
