“Pleasant experience . Surprisingly and important for me who does not drive, they do deliver! Prompt and still warm. We ordered house special lo mein and house special chop suey both very tasty. It seems it is under new ownership. Their menu is different.“

“Yesterday while working across the street I decided to try this place. Is pretty small with about 8 tables enough for 20 people or more and nough to enjoy breakfast or lunch. Now many people have food to go. Wide variety of options to choose from. I had teriyaki chicken with shrimp . The lady who was there is very friendly and my order came out very fast the price is super reasonable for the size of the meal and most importantly it was really tasty. Definitely have to go again if I'm nearby.“

“The price of a 2 entree plate with mein noodles and or fried rice is about 12$ this April 2025 and a soup can run for about the same but you can get the bowls which you can ask for 2 entrees will be 8$. This picture has mushrooms chicken in a mild brown sauce with carrots and squash zucchini. A quart eaten. And pink charsiu pork BBQ. Half eaten. It's one of the most dependably good feelings you can get in San Pedro. Comfort Chinese food at Louie's Number 2 Chinese Restaurant. Number 1 is in Wilmington.“

“Came in for lunch and we were the 1st customers. We sat down and viewed the menu. Waitress did not bring us tea and after 5 minutes I had to call her over to take our order. It was definitely different than my experience with my mom. The food was good, but not as good as my previous visit.“

“For the moderate price and ambiance, it all worked. Two adults and two preteens who eat out often. The chicken lettuce wrap was spot on. Crispy, clean, non-soggy lettuce; perfectly seasoned, savory chicken. We can eat this anytime. The crab wontons were good; they just needed a little more seasoning. Cucumber salad was spot on for summer: fresh, lively & crunchy. The children's sweet and sour chicken and kid's Lo Mein resulted in two clean plates. The only thing we did not like and sent back was the lychee lemonade: water with tons of sugar, really like twice the sugar of a soda can, no taste of lychee, and vague chemical lemony. Service was good, attentive and cordial. We will come back.“

The Sago’t Gulaman and Naicha Milk Tea are refreshing and perfectly balanced in sweetness. Their Halo-Halo is a must-try — creamy, colorful, and filled with all the classic Filipino ingredients. And the Taho is just like home — warm, soft, and sweetly nostalgic.

“This place was always my go to when I was younger the food is bomb and the price is reasonable the cook and the cashier lady are really sweet Philippino couple. Every time I came here the lady will greet me with a smile and said I reminded her of her sister that passed away. I miss this place so much when I’m in my home town I definitely come here.“

“I had a really good meal at Juicy Dumpling Factory! The soup dumplings were solid and packed with a lot of juicy broth. I also tried the pan-fried dumplings, and those were probably my favorite—they’re crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and just fun to eat.

The cucumber salad was bomb and super refreshing. I also ordered the beef noodle soup, and I was pleasantly surprised. The noodles were bouncy, tasted fresh, and the broth had a lot of flavor. It looks spicy, but it’s actually much milder than I expected, which made it easy to enjoy.

Overall, a great spot if you’re craving dumplings and comforting noodle dishes. I’d definitely come back to try more from the menu!“

“Had a wonderful experience last night with my family to celebrate my 60 year wedding anniversary. Food and service were the best! I always enjoy dining here because everything is delicious and they always make you feel welcome.“

“What a pleasant surprise! I had 6 types of dim sum dishes and they were excellent! This place was a Japanese restaurant before that served highly westernized Japanese food. Not that the previous restaurant has anything to do with the current restaurant but I went in with not too high expectations. I will be a repeat customer for sure!“

“Food: Ordered Malatang and Street Squid to share, and both were great. The Malatang, which feeds two people, had a nice heat to it (take caution, those who are heat intolerant) and a nice assortment of ingredients. The Street Squid was addictive and tender. Overall, great first impression. Who knew this little gem was sitting in our backyard!

Service: No complaints! We were waited on by two guys, who checked in on us a few times.

The chow mein and fried rice was delicious. But the bbq pork and orange chicken were another level, amazing food! And at a great price with massive portions. “Ok so we used to lived down the street from here. Approximately 2014 to 2015. One of those places that I get this nostalgia feeling...before we had our kids and before we have what we have now. The days of struggle. We used to get their deal buy 3 get 1 and we would eat it for a week. We just moved to California. We opened our clothing store and everything was tight budget. But this place in more ways saved us. They have the best bbq chicken in town and their portions is massive still...12 years later. My husband and I graduated from college...we adopted 2 kids...we came back to this place with pride and still got their specials. The owner is still the same.“

“I've had their Chow mein at friendsgiving and it was one of the best I've had. Just happened to be in the area and had to try some other entrees. Unfortunately the friend that brought it over took longer to reply on recommendations, but the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were delicious. I'll be coming back to try some of the pork I was eyeing and some other items that were recommended.

Overall a great place for authentic fast casual Chinese food that's very generous with their servings. I came in around 7PM and there was a line extending to the inside of the door.“

“Good food good helpings recommend the orange chicken nice and tasty you get plenty of white rice also careful when you order by size when you order large you get a bit much but not complaining at all. Give this place a try it's not roomy so best to take it to go or have it delivered for a more comfortable eat.“

“Panda Bowl is the best chinese food for your dollar. Food is very affordable and delicious. My family has been coming here for years. Kung Pao chicken is my favorite. The owner lady is very nice too. I have used their catering service as well to host parties. The trays were scraped clean after an hour or so.
