“Best Chinese food I’ve had in a very long time! The rice was excellent, The egg drop soup was perfect and warm and seasoned well. I feel like this is just like a classic American Chinese food spot that even Anthony Bourdain would approve of. Knocked a star off for the chow mein, but I’ve never had good chow mein, not their fault. Definitely recommend and will be back!“

“Mayra was our server and bar tender. It was the Monday following the Grand Prix so things were a bit slow as far as clientele. But that meant we got extra five-star service from Mayra.
We ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps and crispy green bean appetizers. We ordered a bottle of sparkling rose. And for dessert we had the banana spring rolls and an espresso martini.
The espresso Martini was not authentic but we asked ahead of ordering it and she made sure that she told us exactly what the ingredients were since they don't have an espresso machine.
Everything else was top-notch, but the service with a smile from Mayra made it such an enjoyable lunch for me and my friend, whom I hadn't seen in over a year.“

“Chowking (131 W Carson St, Carson, CA 90745) never disappoints! The Beef Wonton Noodles are flavorful and comforting, perfect for satisfying any craving. The Sago’t Gulaman and Naicha Milk Tea are refreshing and perfectly balanced in sweetness. Their Halo-Halo is a must-try — creamy, colorful, and filled with all the classic Filipino ingredients. And the Taho is just like home — warm, soft, and sweetly nostalgic.
Overall, great food, friendly service, and a clean, inviting atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience for anyone craving authentic Filipino-Chinese comfort food!“

“I order from No. 1 Chef often via Postmates. Something went wrong this time (not their fault, their computers were down), so my hubby and I took a quick trip to pick up our order. The lady was SOOOO nice and helpful over the phone. With that said, the food here is top notch! When I need comfort food, I get the egg flower soup and dumplings. The soup is ALWAYS hot and fresh and just feels like a hug. I've also ordered the egg fu yun, and trust this place is NOT stingy on the portions. Everything I've had has never disappointed. Yes, it may look like a hole in the wall, but if you want the kind of Chinese food that satisfies, give this place a try.“

“I've had their Chow mein at friendsgiving and it was one of the best I've had. Just happened to be in the area and had to try some other entrees. Unfortunately the friend that brought it over took longer to reply on recommendations, but the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were delicious. I'll be coming back to try some of the pork I was eyeing and some other items that were recommended.
Overall a great place for authentic fast casual Chinese food that's very generous with their servings. I came in around 7PM and there was a line extending to the inside of the door.“

“This hidden gem food was delicious. I've lived in Carson all my life & mad that I never ate here. We had the beef fried rice, orange chicken, chicken chop suey, and dumplings. It's been a long time that I had good food like this. If you are in the area please try it. Best for take out not for dinning in.“

“First timer. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a nice Chinese food spot. Decided to try and they did not disappoint. The female worker was so accommodating. It was 30 min before closing and they cooked up our food fresh. The orange chicken was on point. Besides the food we also tried the Matcha Green Tea and Thai tea Boba so delish. Will be returning soon. Definitely recommend.“

“Me and the the fam do laundry across the street so naturally the wife want her Starbucks. Always passed by this place and it just caught my eye. Don’t know why. I took a menu from the spot and kept it in the glove compartment for some time. One day I was coming down from some acid and was hungry like a mofo. Oh before I say anything more I must mention that when I saw the menu I saw they had shrimp fried rice and that is all it took to seal the deal. However, I am VERY SKETCH on my shrimp fried rice. I only get it from one spot and it’s been like that for around 13 years. Anywho. Coming down from that and I said “screw it! Let’s try it” got the shrimp fried rice and the lunch special of orange chicken. The sfr was dank! Wont compare it to the other but honestly I was impressed. My wife said the orange chicken was ok and that the chicken was hard. I tried it I loved the sauce and the fried rice…well I had just tried it so no difference. I told her that I kinda saw that coming from the chicken bc of the big menu that they have so that is the only negative but I will definitely mess with this place again! Oh the service was quick and straight to the point. The way it should be.“

“I’m writing this because the manager at the Del Amo location - Eddie went out of his way to accommodate our catering order even though it was on short notice. He really went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs (there were many!) were met. This kind of service is truly exceptional and I’m very grateful to Eddie for making this so easy.“

“My wife and I ate here on a whim, and it did not disappoint. We were on a time crunch so we decided to takeout. The three cup chicken and short rib dan mein were big hits in our house. Dumplings were also excellent. We look forward to dining at the restaurant again! Keep up the good work!
Parking: Parking is more than sufficient as it is shared with the shopping plaza.“

“Walk in to the host stand, and tell them how many people are in your party, and what you would like to drink.
While busy, you never wait more than 10 or 15 minutes for busy times.
From there, they walk you to your table, and you can all you can eat buffet style. They have a lot of american chinese food fare as well as American food for any picky eater friends.
I always get the hot tea.
The hot and sour soup is very good, the shumai is very good. Try a little bit of everything.
This Buffett has a soft serve machine as well!“

“I tried this today for the first time and it was awesome. Takes me back to when I was younger- my mom would always get Chinese food on her way home from work. The prices are extremely fair- and I loved the atmosphere. Very old school type of place. Loved it. Thank you so much.
I got teriyaki chicken, chow mein, and 2 egg rolls, all great flavors and good price.“

“Food and service were amazing. Everything tasted how it was supposed to, I wasn't left with a bad after taste. The bbq pork dumplings were really good. They had a hint of sweetness. “Food - pretty good but not great
Service - nice people but minimal service
Ambiance - clean and comfortable
I have been to many Northern Cafes and have been looking forward to this one. I noticed most of the reviews were about dumplings and realized this one is more specialized for dumplings (boiled, pan-fried and steamed XLB varieties.
I was hoping for the noodle specialties like the one in Gardena (which is my favorite in the region, 10 min more drive for me).
We ordered:
- crab dumplings- steamed, XLB style, it was pretty good
- lamb dumplings- pan fried, it was ok, a little oily
- beef noodle soup- it was ok, they only served with thin noodles, we preferred other handmade varieties at the Gardena store
We also ordered the beef rolls to go, it looked exact like the ones shown on the poster, ha ha.
Overall, pretty good if you are hungry dumplings!“

“I normally would get egg Fu young for my mom. Lately they're over cooking and it's hard dry and barely any sauce is put on the fu young. They're rude whenever you call in to complain. To me they're dropping off on the quality of their food cooking since it's more Hispanic cooking your ordered. I'm going back to 103 rd where the food is much better. Instead of telling me to come back and correct my order they were so rude. I'll miss the meat egg rolls but food wise nope! They're about the same. Nothing changes except the quality in the food. I found a better spot down at 103rd St. Food is great“

“Fine Wok in Harbor City is a total neighborhood gem. The black pepper beef with fried rice was super flavorful, the salt and pepper pork had the perfect crunch, and the egg drop soup hit the spot. “This place is close to my place of employment and I always drive by. I thought I would decide to give them a try. I love Chinese food to go, it's quick and easy.
I got combo #2, half and half with orange chicken, bbq pork (bone out) and a small to go box of orange chicken. I think it's great that the offer bone in and out options for the bbq pork. Both bbq pork and orange chicken are great! The kung Pao chicken was eh. It had this sour taste to it that I'm not usually use to with kung Pao chicken. The give you very generous portions.. you will be stuffed!
The service was good and very nice people. Definitely a mom & pops shop. I would come here again.“

“Atto has amazing authentic Korean food, outstanding service, and old school charm that really stands out from the crowd. The army stew was such a cool dish.. ramen noodles, sausage, spam and all sorts of great ingredients in a delicious broth. The spicy pork with tofu was perfect.. not too spicy but great flavor. The sweet and tangy pork loin was friend perfectly and the sweet and tangy sauce is a must try.. it is perfectly balanced with very bold flavors. The chef came out to chat with us and gave us the history of the army stew which was quite interesting. The dining room is cozy and comfortable with plenty of seating. We have tried so many Korean restaurants in the South Bay and Atto stands out for incredible food and a unique experience. Very highly recommended.“
“Found this place randomly while ordering delivery. Ordered fried rice with chicken with a taro milk tea drink on the side.Bruh ??? my mind was in total shock at how ? it was!!The fried rice was JUST warm enough to enjoy while not too hot as to burn my tongue off. And the flavor was absolutely savory, usually fried rice is lacking in flavor but this one i could probably eat as a meal of itself. The rice was topped with chicken cutlet. The breading on it was cooked so fantastically crispy that it created a nice contrast with the delicately flavorful rice. The chicken was notably lacking in sodium, which is phenomenal because usually fried chicken cutlets of this magnitude tend to over salt causing a flavor overload. This chicken was clearly marinaded in a whole garden of herbs then breaded and fried to perfection creating an incredibly savory and crispy chicken cutlet. A perfect topping for the fried rice. And, as a digestif, the taro milk tea was nothing short of satisfaction. A cold, milky, taro tea. A perfect blend of dessert and beverage in a cup big enough for the gods and their ambrosia.Anyway, to top it off, I discovered that they were operating in the same location as Taishi Hainan Chicken, an incredible chicken joint that specializes in Hainan style chicken! (Hint: the secret is in the sauce ??) another of my favorite places to order in for dinner!PS im writing this just before heading out to get me a bowl and tea for dinner ??“
